Liz the woman who manages the phones is the nastiest, rudest, most disrespectful and unprofessional person I've dealt with in my life. She has tried to blame warrantee work on me. Tried to overcharge me by 50% above our contracted rate and is now trying to ignore me in the hopes I give up. Find yourself a better company, even if you have to pay more trust me it will be better for you in the long run! Service (5/5): Our first TV arrived broken. German and his colleague did all the work, turned on the TV and saw there was a large gash at the bottom. They were incredibly kind to help box the TV back up. They didn't charge for this visit even when I insisted they take some money for their time. They returned a week later to install the second (now functional) TV without issue. Value (5/5): German's quote for the work was reasonable and worth every penny. He and his colleague were efficient and displayed excellent communication skills with one another and also with me.
