I was a little skeptical at first because he asked me to text my cc info for the upfront payment, but I was like nah, send me a PayPal invoice. It's 2021 and no one in their right mind sends info like that...at least they shouldn't. But, the owner did send me a Paypal invoice, which eased my concern. I booked a week and a half before this latest record-breaking winter snow storm hit OKC. Nonetheless, mother nature decided to finally act-right and warm up for my wife's dinner. I was unable to book a traditional limo due to Covid-19 restrictions, but they could operate their Chevy Suburban fleet, which was just fine by me. Trans'port confirmed the good weather forecast and on the day of, I got a text from the driver, Zahid who confirmed he'd pick the ladies up and cart them off to the special birthday dinner I planned at Black Walnut restaurant! Trans'port got them there on time and was back to pick them up a couple hours later. Mr. Raja drove them back from the restaurant, but the ladies said both guys were very nice and professional. Will definitely use again and I just referred the company to my brother who has friends coming into town for his upcoming birthday.

Never again. I…read morestarted using these guys because they are like 5 bucks cheaper than their main competitor. Anyway, on 9/1 I call for a pickup. The guy shows up. The air conditioning basically doesn't work. Great. 30 hours to my final destination and I already have to start sweating. Fortunately I was able to shower At the United Lounge in Chicago. Anyway, we pull up at the airport in OKC and he doesn't have a credit card swiper. Great. Ok. So I have the guy write down my credit card info. So I'm now off on my month long adventure to five different countries. I'm both psyched for it and stressed because I'm leaving two kids in OKC. What's the first call I get? This guy. He wants to go over the credit card info again. I go over it with him. So over the course of the next month what do I get? This guy trying to track me down. I don't mind paying the guy, but who needs this bullshit for 30 days? He called yesterday when I was in panama. He texted the day before. Today I come home to OKC. I'm on the phone with my kids for the first time in a month and who calls? This guy. Who needs this shit? You hire a car service and get harassed for a month? If the guy wants to come by my place ill pay him. I never wanted a free ride, but this is insane. Never using this service again. EDITED TO ADD: So this morning I am sleeping in after my long trip. Guess who calls and wakes me up? This guy. I told him look, next time you are in my neighborhood i'll pay you, just text me in advance. We'll see how long this goes on. What a nightmare. I have a freaking oklahoma shuttle stalker.

She was so incredibly rude that halfway through making my reservation I told her, "You know what, nevermind. I'll book somewhere else." As I get into the taxi the smell of body odor almost overtook me. I shut the door and attempted to crack the window but it didn't work. The driver needed a hair cut and talked on the cell phone the entire time. I'm surprised I made my flight on time seeming as how he didn't take any shortcuts and stayed in bumper to bumper traffic for a goo 45 minutes. When we arrived at the terminal he didn't even put the car in park and it crept forward as I was trying to get my luggage out of the trunk. As I walked around the side of the car he was screaming at someone on the phone using profanities. I knocked on the window to pay the fare and he flipped me off and drove away with the trunk open. I watched as he drove off and he didn't even realize the trunk was open. I would have rated 1 star but it was a free ride so I'll give them 2.

Providing clean, safe, easy to use, and inexpensive transportation that hits the highlights of the city is essential if you want tourists to see all that OKC offers. On a recent visit to OKC, I picked up a flyer that had a detailed map of the two streetcar lines. It also had a QR code that took me to a website where I could downloaded the OKC Streetcar app. The app is a great way to buy a ticket on your phone. However you can also buy one at the kiosks found at each platform stop. Tickets are $1 per ride, but you can also buy a $3 day pass or longer passes (monthly) if needed. There was no need to scan my ticket before mounting the streetcar. I simply had to press the "use ticket" button on the app on my phone. The main loop took me all over the city. It operates seven days a week and goes from early in the morning until late at night. The Bricktown loop only operates on the weekends. It's a shorter loop that hits the tourist center with the riverfront. Fortunately, the main loop that operates daily does the Bricktown loop too, so you can still get around and see it all. I was able to ride the streetcar from the botanical gardens to another area of town where I could get lunch. I also used it to see the OKC Museum of Art and to return to my hotel in an area of the city called Bricktown. I actually rode the streetcar the entire loop just to see the different areas of town. The streetcars come frequently, but you always have a nice sheltered bench to sit and wait. During the weekday, there were only two other people onboard with me. It was nice and cool inside. I appreciated being able to escape the sun and heat of the day and get off my feet for a short time. The streetcars are pristine inside and out. The route stops were clearly indicated on maps inside the streetcar as well as at the platform waiting area. Each streetcar announces the upcoming stop on a speaker and flashes it across an LCD panel near the driver. The driver is in a separate room at the front, but he was nice enough to answer my question before we continued on our way. Oklahoma City is a hidden gem in the heartland of America. It took two years for my husband to convince me it was worth the short drive north to visit the city. Improvements like investing in the new OKC streetcar are one of the many reasons I would recommend visiting OKC.
