He really could have ran the price up but chose to be genuine and when you have someone like that (much like a good barber or mechanic) you don't go elsewhere and you go out of your way to tell people about them. We called the number and left a brief message saying we needed a set of iron railings for our balcony. Bob (the owner) called me back within an hour! I explained what I was looking for, we set up a time for an estimate and within a day bob and his son came out to measure, they were very polite and professional!
