Price is right! Installer worked diligently without stopping and was incredibly fussy. Metal roof turned out fantastic!

After losing several shingles during storms and having our insurance company investigate, we…read morerealized that we needed a new roof and new gutter system installed on our home. I called many companies for quotes. Some didn't return my calls at all. Some came five days after they said they would. Some gave me quotes that were terrifying. Some couldn't provide me a quote for the gutter AND roof on the same day. Brian from C&C came exactly when he was scheduled to, was able to get onto my roof with a ladder (not everyone did), show me pictures of the damage, talk through color options, and give me a quote on-the-spot. The quote was not only the best I received, but Brian came with more information (pamphlets, paperwork, real shingles, etc.) than any other company. He also told me that he'd be the project manager for the work, which made me happy. Everyone else that was sent from other companies was really only just there for the quote-phase of the process. I signed with him right away. I quickly learned that my nextdoor neighbor also signed-on to replace his roof. I knew I made the right decision, then, because he did not WANT to replace his roof! But in his words, "the price was too good to pass up" and "Brian meant business." About three weeks after signing a contract C&C arrived at 7 am on a Thursday with a whole crew of people. The men worked their asses off for over 13 straight hours in 90+ degree heat. Throughout the day I was paranoid that there would be a mess for me to clean up once they departed, but they did a really incredible job of cleaning up after themselves - especially when you consider what a disaster zone the area was during the day. Unfortunately we realized quickly after they departed that our AC unit had been damaged during the project. Most likely something heavy was tossed off the side of our roof and smashed into the corner of our intake unit, damaging the coils inside. I called Brian, explained the situation, texted him some photos, and he told me to get an estimate. I called Oliver and they told me that my unit needed to be replaced. The price they quoted me was kind of high, so Brian had Jason from Exact HVAC come take a look. Jason agreed with Oliver that I needed a new unit, but he could get C&C a better price. Three days later, Jason had installed my new AC unit. Even though some of my property was damaged during the course of the work, Brian handled the situation like a professional. He assured me that C&C would take care of the problem, and they did. I think how a company handles a mishap says a lot about them, and C&C demonstrated that they cared about making the client happy and whole. Overall I would still recommend and use C&C in the future. Their prices, communication, and dedication to leaving the place better than they found it was apparent at all stages of the job.

Called C & C, spoke to a lady and she said she'd have hom forward the estimate, then still no response. When did C & C bece such a shit company. Don't use All States Roofing Contractors. You will regret it!!!…read more They recommended installing a new scupper drain box to fix a roof leak. The owner then left the country and sent his father to do the work. Afterward, I received a call from a third party claiming to be the contractor, threatening to remove the scupper unless payment was made immediately -- completely unacceptable and alarming. The repair failed. I still have active water intrusion, and it has caused interior damage to my home. This company showed a serious lack of professionalism, oversight, and accountability. The workmanship did not resolve the problem, and the billing tactics were concerning. Homeowners - proceed with extreme caution! Verify who is performing the work, how payments are handled, and whether the company is operating to proper standards. ----------------------------- Your response contains multiple inaccuracies ... First, your claim that you "tried calling me multiple times" is false. You never called me. I have no missed calls, voicemails, or call logs from you after the work. What I do have is a saved voicemail left on 4/11/25, immediately after the work was performed. Second, your statement about nonpayment is also false. I paid a deposit on 4/04/25 and made final payment on 4/18/25. Both payments were made by credit card, and I have full documentation proving this. At no point was payment withheld "for over a month," and suggesting otherwise is simply untrue. Third, the call threatening to remove the scupper came from a third party claiming to be associated with you, and it occurred after the work was completed and while payment had already been made. Regardless of how you now characterize it, that call was inappropriate and alarming, and it happened under your company's name. Finally, the scupper installation you recommended did not resolve the leak. I continue to have water intrusion, and it has caused interior damage. Shifting blame to "the rest of the roof" does not change the fact that the specific repair you proposed and performed failed to correct the issue it was meant to fix. I am stating verifiable facts, supported by payment records and saved voicemail evidence. Any implication that I am misrepresenting events is incorrect. If you wish to discuss this further, it should begin with an acknowledgment of these facts.

He didn't overcomplicate the project or load me up with roofing jargon like other contractors did. Their quote came in customized to our project and was built to have no large "extra material " surprises when the project closed. They were always communicative and friendly about the project. When they encountered a situation that was abnormal, they walked me through the issue and offered resolutions that would've cost them money. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. If you are going to invite anyone to do work on their home especially on your roof, they are the type to get.

I had water leaking from my roof down into my upstairs bathroom ceiling. These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.
