The service was great from start to finish, but the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it cost more than other floors we looked at (granted, that was at big name chain stores) but as the saying goes...you pay for what you get. Not only that, his creative genius and interest in my project was like nothing I've ever encountered before, it was a pleasure only matched by the excellence of the product itself. In the final analysis the product has transformed my house, a former barn, into its glory; but more important, to a level of function and beauty that has suited my family and business so perfectly well. The process was seamless, from conception to installation. When we decided "last minute" to add additional flooring to a separate area than originally planned, it took a little over a week to get it all done. The related company, Zander Woodworks produced cabinetry that excels in craftsmanship and elegance. David took the time to research features that I could have never imagined.
