After only four years, my blinds developed three small holes, as if an insect chewed on that section of the blinds. Unfortunately for me, the owner Peter came out and refused to put in a claim with Hunter Douglas. The Hunter Douglas quality is so overrated, both the material and the mechanism are poor quality. I have had to undo the rod that is used to open the blinds because the mechanism was installed incorrectly. Long story short, I replaced the Hunter Douglas blinds with Bali Motorized light filtering shades and was amazed at the quality and the build of the blinds. Hands down so much better quality and better value. I will never recommend Hunter Douglas and Rosanti Flooring, stay away!

We are talking about a 1000 square feet over all. The only area that had hardwood flooring originally was the foyer which we had them refinish. The floors look great. The crews were all completely professional and the project manager, Juliano, wants to make sure you are satisfied with the job. They ask for half of the cost up front with the remainder due when the job is complete and you are satisfied. You do have to live with a lot of inconvenience during the process. Primarily dust, a lot of dust, noise, and odor from the sealing. You need to move your smaller items out but their crew will remove your larger furniture pieces. Good time to have at least a two car garage. And they do put you large pieces back when finished. Overall this was well worth the money, time, and inconvenience.

I had three rooms renovated, dinner patch work inside the house all done beautifully. I worked with a bit of contractors before that we're reliable, but JDRC puts in an extra umph to their work. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms came out with excellent quality. Bedroom, split room, remove closet, and adding a door. Repainted walls and simple adjustment of light switch. Excellent paint job and sanding the walls. Bathroom renovation was done on removing grout and mold. Inside window tray was fixed. It was horrible initially because other contractors messed up the support and caused major molding to occur. JDRC was able to patch it but did recommend replacement. Repainted heatpipe. They sand down the old paint and repainted it. Excellent job with everything here. Kitchen work was cabinet replacements, sink, and countertop replacements. Everything was great. They even replanted the walls afterwards since they wanted everything to look nice and new to match their work. Kitchen window molding was replaced sure to new cabinet sizing. JDRC was flexible and easy to work with. They do honest with and trustworthy. I've seen contractors that cheat on their job, and JDRC did not. I highly recommend them for renovations. They came and measured with computerized equipment that was very precise. They them submitted jpgs with the computerized layout on the actual stone that was to be installed showing the exact sink and faucet placement. Once we approved they installed and looks great. One thing that I will say is that they were quite busy so we had to make follow up calls more than we should have. But that is really a minor complaint. I would highly recommend.
