Usually there are already-made eggs that are tossed on a piece of bread at these places--- not the case here. He made my eggs while taking care of two other customers' orders with no problems. A few minutes later, I walked away from the truck with a 16 oz coffee and a big breakfast sandwich for only $4. The sandwich is delicious, was made fresh-to-order, and served with a smile. I'll be heating it up in about 2 hours. I tried picking it up to eat with my hands but it got quite messy. The filling kept falling out and luckily, I was all alone at my desk that no one saw me shoving my fingers into my mouth to get all of the goodness in there.
