I was told to please be on time as they'll just come in to cook my order and then go home right after. well, being the considerate person that I am, made sure I left plenty of time considering traffic and everything so I could be there right on time. Didn't even take time to load my car with all that I've prepared for the family gathering because I did not want to show up late. On the road, I texted that I was on my way. imagine my surprise when I got a text back if I can pick it up 15 minutes later. Of course I was annoyed. They didn't know they were running late? Why not call or text me to before I got on the road? my plan was to go ahead, pay the order and perhaps get my brother to pick up the order while I went to do several things that needed doing. i got there and let them I know I was outside... no answer. I knocked and knocked... no answer. 4:15 came and went... no acknowledgement Of my texts or call. Needless to say my "annoyed" became upset to downright pissed as I had been standing outside for almost 30 minutes before I got a text back at 4:28 pm and they opened the door for me a couple of minutes after that. When confronted, she offered a few extra pieces of chicken for my trouble. Now for a review of their food.... One of the guests said "it's the worse fried rice I've ever eaten". The chicken is overcooked and dry. The calamari is more batter than squid. My 2 siblings told me they've eaten there once and never went back. I wish they've told me that before I ordered.
