I engaged Capital Wraps following a recommendation, but my experience was ultimately disappointing…read moreand raised concerns around both execution and business practices. After initial contact, I provided brand assets and direction for a partial vehicle wrap and teardrop flags. I received mockup renders only after following up, with the explanation that there had been an "email glitch." I proceeded with just the vehicle wrap, however the invoice still included design time that did not reflect the revised scope. This had to be queried and partially adjusted before I paid the required 50% deposit. I confirmed availability and delivered my vehicle the night prior to a scheduled one-day install. At 4:50pm on the agreed completion day, I called to check status and was informed all staff had already left. I had received no communication regarding delays. The operations manager later advised there had been a "miscommunication," and that installation would occur after hours with the car returned the following morning. Upon return, I was advised there had been an installation error (lettering applied incorrectly). Visually, the wrap did not align with the approved mockups or supplied brand assets: * Key design elements were disproportionate and inconsistent with the brand * Color selection was inaccurate and lacked sufficient contrast * Overall finish did not reflect the agreed concept or professional standard I advised this was not acceptable and followed up in writing to formally discontinue the project due to lack of confidence in execution and process. It was agreed the wrap would be removed. However: * Removal was incomplete (sections were left on the vehicle) * No communication was provided confirming completion of removal * Despite a $480 deposit paid, no effort was made to preserve any usable elements Following this, I requested a full refund due to incomplete removal and failure to deliver the agreed service. I provided a reasonable 5 business day timeframe, which has now passed without resolution. I was asked to hold off on posting a review pending further discussion, however no follow-up has been received despite additional outreach. This experience reflects issues not only with workmanship, but with communication, accountability, and overall business practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business, particularly for clients who require brand accuracy and professional execution.

They are very efficient, they gave me an appointment immediately and had the wrap installed quickly. I work with one of their project managers, Barb Wheeler, and she's excellent always calling to be sure the job is done as I expected. Capital Wraps is also inexpensive compared to its competitors. I will be working with them in the future.

On arrival, what they said they could and could not be done was discussed and approved. The only low expectation was on the rooftop, as it was pretty UV damaged. [I figured that would be a later paint job.] It was available for them to have several hours longer than what they projected they needed, but they had it ready a few hours later. On pickup, the hood (the major show piece on any vehicle) looked like cracks (not visible at all when I brought it in) were all over it with wax down in the cracks and a seal put on top. A small area on the passenger side rear quarter panel and just below the rear door, picked up dirt like a magnet (likely wasn't even a waxed area). The mat cover on the driver floor felt like it had an oil coating on it, not water, but oil coating, making it unsafe to get on a shoe for slippage which I had to ask them to remove. The black trim didn't seem "refreshed" (on most it was, but not all - I handled what wasn't with some WD-40 later). The rest was okay. OVERALL - I would NEVER spend that kind of money for this shop to detail it. They likely do okay with once a month washed and waxed vehicles, but for those who don't keep up - this is NOT the place for you to bring it.

They also did a great detailing. Strongly recommend these guys!

They provided prompt responses and gave a reasonable quote. 2. They had quick availability and fair turnaround time. 3. After touring their large warehouse space, seeing their staff at work (easily room for 6-8 cars in progress indoors), and the scope of work (PPF, vinyl, custom print and cut) and products (many major competing brands offered), and awards for top vendors, I was sold. My particular needs were for a high quality PPF and window tints for long-lasting work. I got an almost new used vehicle, but intent to keep it for 10 to 15 years. Steve, the owner, recommended products based on my desired outcome. He had just recently flown from overseas to check on his supplier, and keeps up to date while holding a decent amount in inventory. The product for tint and PPF came with lifetime warranty (excluding damage of course). Since my car was not brand new (demo), during installation, they found chips and a dent on the front fender tip. They ordered paint, and had the dent pulled, and damage considered, everything came out nicely, almost like new. It's not a new car, after all. Overall, if you're looking for quality work, and willing to let them do their best, they can make your car shine and last. I will recommend them to my friends, and plan to use them for more future work myself. As a family business, their size and quality of work means they stand behind their product and work, and should be around to honor their warranties. Some things are definitely worth a little more money. Say hello to Steve if you choose their business. Eric.
