And in today's world that's no small thing. My family lives and travels full time in our RV (follow us on Instagram and YouTube) we stopped here because--well, it's scenic and we're all about scenic. These folks extended us a kindness they probably won't even remember. But I do (lemon drops). Not to mention providing some of the most beautiful views of some of the most beautiful countryside you'll ever see. I'm not sure how I'd never heard of Jasper, Arkansas and I don't know if there's something in the air or water but these are the nicest folks I've met in any of our travels! Where does one go after an epic day in Branson, well to Lillie Hobbs of course!! We took a pink Jeep tour (which we adored) and since our amazing guide Mel knew everything there is to know, we had to know where the best AK place was within reasonable driving distance. Only one place was the clear winner. Mel told us about the delicious food, amazing people and epic shopping. We were thrilled to take a mini adventure to AK, boy were we spoiled ! We found many treasures and ordered delivery's food including a prime rib French dip with goat cheese, oh my worrrrrrrd !!!! We told the glorious ladies we wanted an amazing AK experience so they recommended the possum pie. We were told it was heaven in a cup...... and that was accurate!! We both bought amazing momentos including French bulldog bookends and a one of a kind jewelry box which hand made by an Arkansas women who lives without power and uses a foot saw. We had the best time at this gem of Arkansas, we love this date due to this super amazing place !!

I think it was heated in the microwave because it was sooo hot. The crust was flaky and buttery, delicious! The only downside was some of it was on the hard side I am assuming from a microwave. Overall it was very good. My husband had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were the lightest fluffiest biscuit I've ever had! He thought that they exceptional but couldn't eat it all! I don't mind the use of a microwave except when it changes the quality of the food.
