Over the weekend I committed to purchase a set of Golf Cart Wheels/Tires from this company. I was asked if it would be okay if she waited until Monday to send me the invoice as they could not ship out until then. I said that would be okay and confirmed the estimated shipping which I though was low though she responded it would be "around about" that price. Monday came and no response I tried to contact through Offerup with no response I reached out via their website and was provided an email address to reach out to. I reached out via the email address with no response. Today I tried to contact them again via offer up and on their website. I received no response via the website and via offer up I received a "The item has been sold to someone else message" I inquired again if it was removed because I am purchasing them or... The response I received was "Honestly the shipping would have cost you more than the wheels and tires" 3 days of my time wasted plus I was going to have them send to a house in GA where she confirmed the shipping cost they quoted on Offerup was "around about" the right price. I understand they cant lose money though this is pour customer service all around. If this was discussed over the weekend I might have been able to plan a day in Atlanta them stop by and pickup the wheels/tires. There are plenty of other cart shops around so I will be avoiding and asking my Friends/Family in GA to avoid this shop as well. Its a shame because it looks like a nice shop. read more

Terrible business! Hardly ever open. Don't answer their phone. Had my cart for over two months and still say they don't know whats wrong with it! I finally made an appointment with the owner (because nobody is ever there) so that I could just go pick up my cart and take it somewhere else. When I showed up to get my cart, the business was closed and I still haven't been able to get my cart back. read more

Purchased a Golf Cart from this company. It has Broken down 2 times in 4 months, owner will not assist unless I pay him a trip fee and service charges. He stated I would have a 6mo warranty which he is now denying. I would have been better off purchasing from Craigslist at a fraction of the price. read more
