It wasn't looking good for a repair...and a new $700+ charger was quickly becoming a painful reality. The owner Mike saved the day with a salvaged cord, repaired it himself while I waited since his techs were out on calls, and quickly sent me home under $125! Honest, helpful staff. He even sent my son home with instructions for putting water in the battery.
