I said that would be okay and confirmed the estimated shipping which I though was low though she responded it would be "around about" that price. Monday came and no response I tried to contact through Offerup with no response I reached out via their website and was provided an email address to reach out to. I reached out via the email address with no response. Today I tried to contact them again via offer up and on their website. I received no response via the website and via offer up I received a "The item has been sold to someone else message" I inquired again if it was removed because I am purchasing them or... The response I received was "Honestly the shipping would have cost you more than the wheels and tires" 3 days of my time wasted plus I was going to have them send to a house in GA where she confirmed the shipping cost they quoted on Offerup was "around about" the right price. I understand they cant lose money though this is pour customer service all around. If this was discussed over the weekend I might have been able to plan a day in Atlanta them stop by and pickup the wheels/tires. There are plenty of other cart shops around so I will be avoiding and asking my Friends/Family in GA to avoid this shop as well. Its a shame because it looks like a nice shop.

After telling us their "credit card system was down" and said the only way to purchase was to use Venmo or a wire transfer. When we declined they suddenly had another Credit Card processing company "Eagle Pay". This is the front page of their website :EAGLEPAY The Future of African Payments. Then suddenly the "sales rep" texted - from another company in Waco, TX. That site had good reviews for 4-6 years ago, but they stopped. And then there were 2 reviews from people who had been scammed and lost money. All the transactions were the same as ours. One woman (who has reported them to the FBI) did research and found that the owner had closed the company a few years ago, so apparenlty the website (with its good reviews, etc) has been hijacked. It wasn't looking good for a repair...and a new $700+ charger was quickly becoming a painful reality.
