FYI I've only been there twice thus far. TLDR Good service, knowledgeable, not pushy. Went in after researching what I wanted. I only planned on getting a price, but they got me bro. The offer was too good. Maybe it was the friendly staff, maybe it was the K9 employee. (it MIGHT let you pet it). They were patient and knowledgeable. I can be a bit much and ask seemingly stupid questions. The background check took a bit (not their fault) and I only made 2 errors on my spelling which they helped me fix without issue. They snuck away and mounted the optic without me getting a chance to ask. I suspect they kissed it gently goodbye given the care I saw them take. A lovely older woman brought a firearm in to clean and an old BB gun that wasn't working. They couldn't fix it , but they did recognize the value of the BB gun based on its age and condition. I didn't have time to checkout their range on this visit, but I do plan on it. read more

I'm not reviewing the range, just their Cerakote service. I took a little J-frame revolver. First, they said 4 to six weeks and it was more like 8. I had to call to get an update about it, and they had it done about another week later. The Cerakote came out ok but it looks like they applied it over the serial numbers then ground it back. The serial by the cylinder is completely unreadable. The serial number on the butt of the revolver still readable but now I have to remove the grips in order to see it, where before the serial was visible when you opened the cylinder. I didn't take the gun back because I have to way to prove it wasn't like that before. I don't know about the rest of their services but I can't recommend the Cerakote service. read more

This range has a lot of amenities that I didn't know I needed. We went to the range with a local person who is a member. The first time you go, there is a safety video on loop that you have to watch before going into the range. It almost had a Disney feel, though I don't recall the particular attraction at the moment. Between the lobby area and the range itself is an intermediate room with a sink and such so you can clean up before leaving; thought that was a nice addition. The (pistol) range itself is pretty state of the art. It has touch screens that control the lane. Doesn't have as many lanes as I might have expected for a building of this size, but I there may be more that I didn't access? There is also a RSO on range at all times. He was personable and helpful and would give advice/tips if you seemed receptive. Overall really nice facility that will have you thinking your local gun range is a step below. read more

We requested an intro class to learn about gun safety and handling before we got our hands on a gun. Michael did a great job at making the class relatable, relevant, and interesting. Also learned a bunch about form and gun handling. I was especially afraid of firearms at first but after I learned more about them and what kinds there were, it took a lot of the fear away because I knew what I was getting myself into. Michael was easy to work with, fit us into his schedule and we signed up for the handgun selection class too. We got to feel out different calibers and firearms and now we know what would work for both my husband and I, AND what we'd prefer alone. Excellent value for service. We didn't regret a thing. B&B has an excellent professional staff of highly trained firearms instructors who will engage you in the proper operation of firearms. I've purchased firearms and accessories from them for several years now and they have always been friendly and responsive. I've run small businesses before and they manage the limitations with a sense of aplomb along with very heartfelt condolences when they are stretched and do not have capacity, inventory or other needed desirements from their customers. Sure, everyone has expectations that are occasionally not met including me, but I can assure you B&B's intent is to cause no harm, insure you understand firearm safety better than when you arrived and to constantly improve their service and ability to meet the local needs for customers in the greater Huntsville area. read more

I took Pamela's beginners class and then had a private lesson with her, both the best experiences EVER. I had never used a handgun but by the end of class I felt much more confident that I knew what I needed to know, especially on the safety aspects. I appreciated the small class and that they do women-only classes. Pamela answered all our questions, and no question was considered stupid. When I had my private lesson, she took me through the basics again before the shoot and showed me how to get set up when I go on my own. I had a fantastic shoot and she gave me some extra challenges at the end. I can't wait to go back - I've already scheduled my next lesson and am going to sign up for Alabama Annies. I took a handgun in to be refinished. This is my second experience with them. The first wasn't great but I gave them another cHance because they are local. Never again. The gun was supposed to be cerekoted slide and frame and new night sights installed. I got the gun back like this. Brass marks on new sights. Scratched cerekot slide where they tried to remove the brass marks. Scratched and gouged beaver tail. Do yourself a favor and don't let them work on your gun. read more

I waited in line ten minutes to go to shooting range ...then to electronic forms to fill out which after 15 minutes I gave up on. Would had to watch a video too I can go the Larry's fill out my forms with a pencil and bring in the range shooting in less that 3 minutes. few oil my rifle in to have a barrel swapped and new bolt put in and cerakoted. I got a 2 week eta and ever few weeks I would get another 2 week eta. after 16 weeks I finally get my rifle back and it wuld shoot 3 out of 6 rounds I tried to put through it. after cycling those few rounds the bolt is rubbed raw down to bare metal. now I have to have someone to tear this rifle down to bare metal and rework everything again. wasted 4 months of time and money on them costing me double. read more

New gun shooter. They made amateurs feel like we were idiots, which they claim they do not do. They acted like we were stupid and ignorant and were inconvenienced by our questions when we didn't know which guns to choose to shoot. They also didn't think to tell us we were 5 minutes from "date night" and charged us full price. They acted like we were bothering them and like we were the most annoying people there when we had newbie questions about gun purchasing. They clearly didn't care if we purchased a gun from them or not. read more

At first I was highly impressed by this facility. Loved everything about it. The staff has always been friendly and thoughtful. Prices are fair. Selection is good. What has really gotten to me is the lack of range time. They stopped doing early am range times on Wednesday and it really kills it for the working adult that tolls away at 60 hour work weeks. A lot of us have 9-5 style jobs and can't get in the training we need to feel safer in this crazy world. read more

Excellent shooting range but be prepared for a LONG wait. They give preferential treatment to members and non-members can only use the range when there are no members waiting. Both times I went to the range, I had to wait at least hour to get a lane both times. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at an indoor range and the management hates negative reviews and will threaten to embarrass you for writing one. I went in one day to use their range and the RSO and a member were laughing and making jokes about my shooting ability ( first time using a Glock 41) and I overheard. I wrote a review on Facebook and was harassed by the owner and threatened to be "embarrassed" from a fabricated story of how i had trouble with a firearm that i supposedly didn't know was loaded? My father and I were both there and never once saw any part of this made up story that she tried to deflect to even after admitting to my main issue. I could hear the conversation and laughter perfectly even with ear protection on. I do not come to a range to be laughed at. I come to improve. Obviously B&B does not care about that. And the owner is one of the most unprofessional people in management I've ever dealt with. On top of all she also will edit her responses in online reviews. I screenshot many but was unable to get her first response where she threatened to release video to "embarrass" me with this "story" before it was changed. But, I have screenshots to show what kind of character the owner is. As you can see some of the screenshots do not match up since after I screenshot it she deleted her response and changed what she said. You can tell the character by the one response where she said "We will post the video and let the fun begin". Out of all the ranges I've been to this is BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had! read more

Wow, this place is definitely a keeper for serious gun enthusiasts. A great collection of pistols, sbrs, full auto and other NFA items to rent. The prices are a bit higher than other places I've been, but worth the extra $$. It's very new, clean and the staff is very nice. I'll definitely go again. Note: If you fire the full auto, only use short bursts. read more
