She made me feel very at ease. And the best part is that every chair has its own TV right in front of it. Perfect for people who would rather take their minds off of what is going on in their mouths. The open floor plan seems a little weird at first (the dental chairs are separated by furniture) but it soon became comfortable. The dentist went over my x-rays with me and he didn't even annoy me with the "your brushing your teeth too hard" lecture. Yup, I've heard that before and I appreciate the love! She asked to put me on hold to speak to the Dr. She was able to get me an emergency appointment for the next day. I was shocked! R by The next day as I was driving there somehow I couldn't locate the building but the front desk guided me in. She was so nice and patient. I didn't have to wait after signing off on my new patient documents before being called back. They took care of my tooth and of course invited me back. While I was explaining my concerns to the hygenist in the room - Emily, I believe - she said that I was welcome to have the procedure done elsewhere. It was disappointing to be dismissed in such a manner and then to hear the "this is our office policy" as a standard response. I want to find a solution that puts my daughter's needs first. I also want to outline that, as a parent, I am not comfortable having my daughter in a room with strangers while she is semi-conscious. I work in a field where we tell parents NOT to allow their children to be in a room with adults they do not know. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. *Dr. Singer called within a few hours to explain why they dont allow a parent in the room at all. It's BS. Please accept this email as formal notification of Stella's termination of her relationship with ABC Children's Dentistry. For context, I shared my experience on social media, and the platform's power did not disappoint. I received overwhelming support from friends, colleagues, and even strangers who all agreed that your "office policy" on procedures is absurd. Parents and people without children alike continued to share my story. I also received the names of six dentists who not only permit but also encourage a parent to be present with their child at any age. Scheduled an Appointment they did X-rays and Check Up, Never communicated what was found on the X-rays. Went back for a Cleaning. Main Reason was to have a Crown fixed that I had already gave my Prior Dentist $600 for that Crown that Cracked after a couple weeks of having that work done. Gave Marlton Family Dentistry $510 to have the Cracked Crown Fixed/Replaced. Day of my Crown Replacement the Dental Hygienist took my Blood Pressure she said it was High, so that Appt had to be rescheduled. I rescheduled that Appt and I was Sick that week so I had to cancel. I get an Automated Text Message for an Appt I don't recall making. Anyways show up for the Appt and here it's a Cleaning?? But still have a Cracked Crown in my Mouth going on over a Year. Told them I Don't want a Cleaning, I want my Issue Fixed. I Paid $510 and still haven't had it Fixed as of Today 5/26/26. Told Kelly just Refund the $510 and I will go somewhere else. She told me she has to talk to Dr Blake?? Spoke to Kelly today she is gonna Refund me, But minus $75 cause I didn't want the Cleaning Done!! Fine keep the $75 and Enjoy me Blasting this Dental Practice on Socials.... I advise anyone who's Looking for a Dentist this Place ain't it... Dr doesn't Communicate with his Patients as to what the X-rays revealed etc!! Poor Communication!! Been to that Office at least 4 times and Still haven't had my Issue Fixed.
