I was warmly welcomed by "Jo-Jo", who is super sweet and bubbly. (I even liked her look). Paige, the dental hygienist, and I spent so much time together with me as a new patient that I thought she may be my new best friend, lol! She did a thorough job (without hurting me AT ALL) and was very nice and personable to boot. Although I received some bad news, it was delivered in the best way by Dr. Balling. I get an Automated Text Message for an Appt I don't recall making. Anyways show up for the Appt and here it's a Cleaning?? But still have a Cracked Crown in my Mouth going on over a Year. Told them I Don't want a Cleaning, I want my Issue Fixed. I Paid $510 and still haven't had it Fixed as of Today 5/26/26. Told Kelly just Refund the $510 and I will go somewhere else. She told me she has to talk to Dr Blake?? Spoke to Kelly today she is gonna Refund me, But minus $75 cause I didn't want the Cleaning Done!! During the same phone call, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm that both my wife and I were still scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 27, because I wanted to make sure we weren't accidentally booked on different dates. The receptionist clearly confirmed that both appointments were at 10:00 AM. However, when we arrived today, I was called in for my cleaning first. After I finished, I noticed my wife was still sitting in the waiting room. When I asked why she hadn't been called, the front desk told us that she wasn't scheduled for today at all and that her appointment was supposedly next month. We were completely confused because we showed them the appointment confirmation text message, which clearly stated June 27 at 10:00 AM. Even after seeing the confirmation, the receptionist simply said they didn't know why it happened. This is extremely unprofessional. It appears that this office changed my wife's appointment without notifying us. This isn't even the first time they've tried to change our appointment--they had previously called asking to reschedule, but we declined. Somehow, despite that, they still ended up separating our appointments without our knowledge. We planned our schedules around these appointments and booked them six months in advance, only to have one of them changed without any notice. This shows a serious lack of organization and respect for patients' time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dental office.

No one offered a solution or even tried to fit me in. What disappointed me the most was that the dentist never came out to explain what happened or apologize. Not only was he treated well and given a good cleaning, he was also enlightened on the proper way to floss and use the water pik! He'll be going back for some work and more cleanings over time.
