Some of the best bratwurst I've ever had came from here with around six different varieties. I stick with the original or beer brats. Par boil them with onions and brown them up on the grill or just grill them right out of the bag, either way will give you great results. Funny thing here is they don't offer any brat buns, you'll need to shop elsewhere for those. They have a butcher shop and a cafe that I may try on a future visit along with a bakery. I've been here a few times now. This past visit (on a Friday) was particularly great. I got multiple deli items for weekend "lake lunches" such as sliced salami, sliced turkey, baby Swiss, broccoli salad, coleslaw and macaroni salad. I like to cook, so I usually make my own sides, but when you need something quick- these are nice options. I bought a loaf of Yoder's sourdough bread for sandwiches, which was a hit. I also picked up pulled bbq chicken, smoked brisket and smoked chicken thighs - all wonderful and I've got a family that is very choosy when it comes to bbq. They do their smoked meats on Friday and Saturday only. I wish I had tried the ribs - definitely next time! We had their breakfast sausage yesterday and that will be something I buy again. It had very good flavor. I have to try the bacon, which looked delicious. Jalapeño cheddar burgers were last night's dinner. They were good, but the fam wants plain burgers that they can load up themselves next time. I have brats in the freezer that we need to try. I have a friend that buys them and she said they're the best. Can't wait. The market has some fancier condiments, spices/rubs, crackers, chips, baked goods, frozen foods, etc. And the meat counter looks incredible - I need to try it. The only thing that's really missing is produce items. That would make it a well-rounded shopping experience, but Meijer is across the street. I've seen on Facebook that they do carry locally-grown produce when in season. For those that want to stop in for lunch, they have a salad bar and they make sandwiches, etc. There is a seating area for dine-in customers. I think this place is kind of a hidden gem, even though it's right off of 131. I'm going to put it on repeat. read more

When I first started shopping here, I was impressed by the meat counter, frozen food section, and deli selections. Loved the bacon! Loved the prices. Then the failures cropped up. Bought bacon that the rind had not been removed, toss. Bacon that had a terrible flavor, puke and toss. Ground beef that was short-weight by 1/2 lb. Meats where no tare was used so that I paid 9.99 for packaging. We are from out-of-town and returning product to the store was inconvenient. I haven' t been back. When this store's ownership decided that ignoring covid rules was okay, we stopped visiting. Now the store is aligning itself with the radical right and white nationalists: It is time to boycott. read more

The best kept breakfast and lunch secret in Three Rivers! It's tucked into a corner of the Marketplace. The salad bar and breakfast/lunch buffet is amazing. There are many made fresh options to choose from, as well as a coffee bar, donuts and pastries. Carry out, or there are nice places to eat inside, including comfy fireside seating. First let me say I NEVER do this but I'm so obsessed with this market I needed to share. The meat is amazing here, a lot of choices and I have yet to buy anything that I was even a little disappointed in. I'm done buying meat anywhere else. Now the sides they sell, I have never been a fan of store bought potato salad but I tried theirs and I am hooked!!! Tastes like homemade and I even went so far as to as to call my Aunt to see if she shared her recipe with these people!!! If you are in the area you have to stop in!! I'm officially hooked! We've been a regular customer for years and to see this business remove all COVID-19 precautions that were originally in place not just from their business but their employees too, is disgusting! No masks for any employees, food bar open, dining tables open, no distancing stripes at the meat counter, no nothing! It's one thing to make a point, it's another to endanger your employees lives by forcing them not to wear masks to continue your personal agenda. No care for your customers health either. The owner, Israel Yoder should be ashamed of themselves and I hope the state shuts this inconsiderate person down immediately. Can't play by the rules, then I guess the state doesn't need to honor your business license! This business flourished even with restrictions. No masks at all from any employees in the building! Not a good thing to be doing during a global pandemic. Even the butcher and the person working the deli (both handling food) did not have masks on. None of the cashiers had masks, not a single mask from any of the employees. The owners must be the type of people who think that the pandemic is a hoax. Not even any of the customers were wearing masks. We were the ONLY ones in the entire store wearing masks and it made us very uncomfortable. Will NOT be returning! read more

This place is not taking any precautions with Covid-19. When I asked the cashier why none of the staff or customers were wearing masks, she stated the owners do not require it. This place is part of the problem and should be shut down if they do not use precautions as required by law. I intend to call the health department and report them as well. I love the food but i think the weigh scale rips people off. For a single scoop of mac n cheese and a single scoop of cherry cobbler charged me over $14 then today my daughter got 1 leg of chicken and a scoop of mashed potatos n the women charged me over $10. I love the food but i really hope they fix this issue or i wont b coming back. read more

My husband and I entered Bullseye and noticed none of the employees there were wearing masks. When I asked a clerk why she answered that we all have them in our pockets and will put one on if you want us to while we wait on you. Went in and asked if they have "Smoked Butt". the girl said no but that they could smoke one for me. I ordered 4lbs @$6.49/lb to be picked up Weds. After driving 20+ mins each way to pick it up, they didn't have it. I was frustrated to say the least. They had my # but I guess a call would be too much. I told the manager I would be placing a review about this. The owner (Seth) called me and said he would smoke it over night and I could pick it up, I agreed. I should have seen the red flag! My husband picks it up the next day and I only wish he would have called me. It was 5.33lbs, NOT 4llbs, it was $6.95, not $6.49 and it WAS PULLED PORK STILL ON THE BONE, NOT smoked butt. I will never go back to Bullseye again. With the 15% discount, we paid $31.00 for pulled pork. Get your act together Bullseye. read more
