We dealt with Logan, and he was great. He was especially patient as I explained some basic gun handling safety to my wife as we were browsing. He offered us a number of choices and was super friendly and helpful without putting any pressure on us at all. In fact, he encouraged us to take our time and do our research ahead of time. Even to go to a range and see what we like before we commit. I have to say it's moments like these that make me proud to be a Canadian gun owner and enthusiast. It shows that gun owners in Canada are awesome people and are always safety conscious and willing to help those new to the hobby. After being treated, so well, even though we're from Toronto originally, we will definitely be coming back here. And I would recommend anyone even vaguely interested in firearms to come here and ask questions and speak to the awesome staff. Without a doubt they will take good care of you.

I have purchased quite a few firearms over the past years and ammo without any issues at all. Always up to date on the latest laws and changes to a sport i hold near and dear to my heart. I see some complaints previously about having to have a secure lockable storage box in order to transport handguns home, welcome to Canada and that is a law and he would be jeopardizing his business by breaking the law and just releasing it freely to someone and face charges. 5 minutes of research on some random blog does not make you a gun expert, respect the laws of the land and suck it up like the rest of us all have to do.
