When my husband asked for the manager it was refused, when employees were questioned he was told this is standard practice and hung up on him. If u r looking for bow repair DO NOT GO THERE. My son now has a bow that is questionably not safe to shoot till he pays for another store to replace the stretched string and re-tune it. Absolutely unacceptable business practices all around.
