Bumble Auto is less an auto service center and more a case study in how not to run a business. Imagine handing over your car for routine repairs, signing a written agreement with a clear price, and then spending weeks chasing the shop just to find out they've "reimagined" your contract as a quote. That's the Bumble Auto experience in a nutshell -- confusion, contradiction, and complete disregard for the customer. Communication? Nonexistent. Updates? Only if you call them first -- repeatedly. Professionalism? That went missing along with your car. Managers are defensive, dismissive, and allergic to accountability. Ask a reasonable question -- like to see the inspection report -- and you're treated like you've accused them of grand theft. After nearly a month of radio silence and runaround, they tried to tack on extra charges that were never approved. When confronted in person, they doubled down instead of making it right. The attitude was so hostile and uncooperative it bordered on surreal -- as if customer service were a personal insult. The end result? Weeks wasted, money tied up, and a deep appreciation for the phrase "buyer beware." The only thing Bumble Auto repairs efficiently is your faith in finding a better mechanic -- literally anywhere else. There are honest, professional shops in Maryland that respect their customers' time and intelligence. This is not one of them. I find customer experience and trust to be very hard to gain these days, and it requires honest and caring people as a foundation. And I have to say, I found that here with Bumble Auto. Has been a very pleasant experience from the very beginning, through every question and every new piece of information. Chris, in particular, has so much 'Good People' that it builds rapport quickly. Ive been looking far a vehicle for the last few weeks.Recently had a very bad experience with auto nation of bel air! Liars and crooks.I won't get into the details but I would never recommend them to anyone , which brings me to Bumble auto of Ellicott city. Total night and day! Amazing to deal with!. Chris callender was my sales rep. He went above and beyond to make you feel at home and part of the family. He genuinely cares about you and your experience. Making sure your happy and complete satisfied when you leave weather you purchased a vehicle or not which is very rare nowadays. I had a small issue the truck was pulling a little to one side.. they said bring it in and right away they got down to the bottom of it and found out the underlying issue. The truck was also missing a front tag bracket and again they took care of it no questions asked.. then we test drove the vehicle and while out they filled up my gas tank.. I have not had customer service like this in years!. Simply outstanding! the whole team at bumble was amazing. From the sale rep, to service dept, and manager as well! While waiting for service to be completed on my truck they offered my son and myself drinks, snacks, and watched anime In the office on the big screen.. they made sure we were comfortable and apologized for any inconvenience more than once. I highly recommend anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to come check out bumble auto. They will give you the time and attention you deserve with no strings attached. Ask for Chris . Brought my car to Bumble Auto Service to check the soft spongy brake pedal . Estimate was $400 to replace the Master Cylinder. The moment they replace Master Cylinder, they realize they made a mistake and instead of acknowledging the mistake and try to fix it, they try to cover up and pass it on to the customer. Finally, four days later, told me, car was ready. I came and paid but now the bill is not $400, now it is $700.. What is a $300 increase, I don't know. This company was hired to do a specific job, in this case, soft, spongy brake pedal, not to do the job of their choice, and they failed to even detect what the problem was. Company or individual,  should be paid only after completion of the job they are hired for. You can't go and change randomly whatever you want and expect customers to pay for that. Instead of fixing the bad part, they took out a perfectly good working OEM part and replaced it with some aftermarket part and charged me $700 for that. Do I really have to pay to downgrade my own car, also they burn more than half a tank of gas ( nobody gives them permission for that),  who knows what they did with a car, notice the ceiling light is broken. How irresponsible and dangerous it is to give a car back to a customer, tell him the car is fixed and put him on the road. They put my life in danger, life of my family members and other people on the road? Bottom line, people get paid after the job is done, Bumble Auto Service did not finish the job, actually, they make the problem worse and for that they charge me $700.00. They have to be stopped before something like that or worse, happens to someone else, but I am sure I am not the first victim, most people let it go. Owner of Caspian Market in Ellicott City also got robbed by the same people. Smiling while lying and deceiving the customer, is a devil's characteristic and for all of you who need car service, PLEASE do NOT go there, these people only need your MONEY. I will explore my other options because they have to be stopped. read more
