Just reached 10K miles on 1 July 24 and they performed the 10K service. Even checked the right rear convertible top pivoting cover and came up with a fix. Everything about the car was in great condition and they topped of fluids as needed, replaced engine oil and filter, set tire pressures, reset service indicator and TPMS. All this took time, but it was well worth the wait. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Autowerkes service if you own a German or Euro car, you won't be disappointed!

I contacted the shop and spoke to owner Sergio, he told me he knew nothing about it. Found out that they bought the car with a blown motor and replaced it with a junkyard motor. I have proof of this with pics and video. I called the owner Sergio back and all he said was it was a good car and is there no issues with it. I feel I paid too much for the car being it's not original and not happy with the owner lying about it.

He asked what service was needed explained a noise was coming from somewhere sounding to be near the right front tire. He assigned to (Brandon) who immediately took it out for a test drive giving insight afterwards the front brakes were worn down. He immediately began the work himself even though he is the Assistant Manager it didn't seem to bother him one bit. He worked quick to remove and replace them. It was such amazing timely, beneficial, and customer oriented service that was provided. After performing a serpentine belt replacement and a recall fix on my Elantra the Jones Hyundai…read moremechanic left a small (3 inch?) screwdriver standing vertically inside a hollow of the battery so that when he closed the car hood the screwdriver punctured a hole in the battery. I discovered this today when I took my car to have the oil changed. Standing with the mechanic as he opened the hood I saw something that looked like a small pen sticking out of the battery. He explained what it was and that he couldn't do anything to fix it without replacing the battery. Not only was this dangerous (leaking battery acid), but Jones Hyundai service manager and his boss insist that replacing the battery for free meant they didn't owe me a refund for faulty service that was a danger to me (I've been driving around in a car that has been leaking battery acid) and has caused me to lose a day of work. As I explained to the rude service manager and his rude boss as they stood over me, I refuse to pay for a poorly performed service. If they wish to charge me for the part, I'm in agreement, but I want a credit for the labor. We'll see...the charge has been disputed.

Great price and the service writer told me that a sale would be starting in a few weeks so I could save more $! When I came in for my tires, I asked them to check the brakes. They did and told me that they had some life left in them. Appreciate them not trying to get me to do unnecessary work. I had been told by the dealer ( had a recall to have fixed) back in the winter that I needed all new rotors and pads plus so much more. Obviously the dealer was doing the usual scam to get a woman to think she needs extra work! Thank heaven for this firestone dealer. The staff are so nice, pleasant and honest! I plan to keep coming to this firestone for my auto work!
