Why did it take me so long to finally decide to stop by the new location? I always told myself I was too busy. But yesterday I finally told myself, "Just for a little while." Glad I did! The owner is friendly. Oh, I wish my memory were better. I think her name is Arlene. Please forgive me if I got it wrong. I told her that I'm mainly into quilting. She said that a lot of crazy quilters come to her for beads. Crazy quilting uses a lot of embroidery and embellishments such as beads and charms, with the patterns of the fabric providing background interest. She told me that I could bring my bracelet repair project and work on it there, to get advice, because she knows so much more about beading than I do, and also in case I just need a few beads to finish.
