Crisp and crackly on the outside, soft inside. These are the fucking lightest bagels I have ever shoved in my mouth. Their breakfast sandwiches? Cooked to order using real ingredients. That egg was fluffy and eggy, that sausage nice and juicy. Even better? They are taking covid very seriously. Masked staff, they poured your fountain drinks themselves, tables were clearly spaced and labeled as sanitized. I'm a fan. We ate in, then bought some more bagels to go.
