This is kind of an unusual review, as I didn't actually have work done at Speidell. This more a…read moretestament about simple integrity and straightforwardness in business, which is becoming rarer and rarer as our civilization tumbles downhill. I'm from out of town, visiting my folks here. I took my 2015 Mustang to Speidell because I had a bunch of little scratches all over the car and I wanted a paint estimate. They told me straight away that the cost of painting it would be a lot, and, given the car's age and mileage, they asked if I'd be interested in other options, which I was. Then they recommended I take the car to Ming's and see what they could do about buffing some of the scratches out and then, if that didn't do the trick, considering some paint options. I did this and Ming's did a great job. But I just can't thank Speidell enough for pointing me their way and quickly grasping the situation and helping an out-of-towner. They could easily have tried to sell me thousands of bucks of paint work from them, but they gave me an honest appraisal of the work and the cost, and I just really appreciated how I was treated.

It doesn't take that long. Anyways we went about it and the tech actually broke a stud for the hub cap and "forgot" to tell the sales advisor or anybody for that fact until my husband realized 4 days later what had happened and REFUSED to do anything about it to make it right even though the tech admitted to breaking it on our phone call when asked about it.

But, I had a strange issue arise, the size of tire that I had told them (just snapped a picture of the door panel) wasn't the size I had on. They discounted the tire but said I still had to buy, and offered to buy the used tires off of my car should I have 'earned their business.' I wasn't too certain but I work nearby and every single one of my coworkers swore by them. So, I am giving them another chance, and I will update when I see their work in an improved situation!
