She tested my battery and clearly explained the results, walked me through every battery option along with the warranties, and explained what works best in Midwest cold weather. I never once felt rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how transparent and knowledgeable she was. She tested the new battery before installing it and showed me the numbers so I could see the difference. After installing it, she tested everything again with the car running, including the alternator, to make sure the entire system was working properly. She also scanned my check engine light, printed the report for me, explained what the codes meant, and talked through what my next steps could be if needed. She made sure I understood everything she was doing. Car trouble can be stressful, but Marcella completely turned the experience around. She was patient, kind, and clearly takes pride in her work. The staff was awesome, and Ryan in particular helped me find the right bulb and even installed it for me in the parking lot. It was a quick, painless 15 minutes before I was back on the road in great condition. He told her " Honda's do that they learch forward & that even his own Honda does that" any how he refuses to take the car back & let pick another & she asked him if she bought all the parts for repairs needed would he repair & he said no so now my friend has lost her savings of 6K to only get 100 miles off of his lot.
