Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. Upon dropping off my car (after making an appointment). I was really expecting them to tell me I'd have to spend more (than was quoted over the phone) to replace the headlight. WOW was I pleasantly surprised and EXTREMELY pleased when I picked up my vehicle a few hours later. It looked like a brand new car. The headlights are as clear as when I first purchased my car and as I purchased the 5 year warranty, they guarantee them to stay this way or redo them should they oxidize within that time. He told me I could buff out the color transfer and get touch up paint to hide a dent. Habieb took it a step further and had one of his employees buff out the paint for me and refused to accept any compensation. It's not often when someone will turn away business. You can choose to go through insurance or Out of pocket. Once you decide to go through them, documents will be drafted and they will give you an initial call to authorize work. After that, there's really no communication unless something went wrong. The last time we were there was for a rear bumper repair. We went through insurance and they finished in 8 days over a holiday weekend. Thank goodness our parts were not on back order and I didn't have to be in a rental long. Great quality work, fast and excellent customer service. Before that, I received a quote and settled privately with the other driver. Before that was through insurance. We were satisfied each time. There's a 3% fee if you pay with credit card. Cash or ATM preferred.
