We had a quirky ding in one of the crease lines of our rear hatch that was difficult to photograph. 3 separate mobile dent repair companies said "no way" over the phone after looking at the photos we had texted to them, then along came Joe to the rescue! I had a dent in the rear panel of my X6 BMW. Two other dent repair guys said it was in a very difficult location to repair because there was no access from behind the dent to push it out. Excellent service! Came to our house and repaired a dent on the hatch back of our Tesla. He was very familiar with the car and knew exactly how to disassemble and reassemble the parts. The dent was long and skinny and DDR really took his time making sure he repaired the entire dent. He brought his own bright light and extension chords and was very well prepared. The repair also took about 3-4 hours and I was worried that DDR would need to rush to another appointment. But he said he purposely schedules his appointments so he doesn't have to rush.
