Instead, the managers and staff came across as rude, unwelcoming, and lacking any sense of customer service. We left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I had been under the impression that unopened, non-creased books could be exchanged (not returned) within 10 days. There is a sign displayed, but the wording could be clearer. Had I understood that all books were FINAL SALE, I definitely would have compared prices before purchasing, made a different selection, and purchased only one book. I admire how they place bookmarks inside the books of purchase. The bookmarks double as their business cards, such a smart way to consolidate promotion & usefulness. I adore that unique feature. That said, the friendly service was amazing energy made for a wonderful experience. Witchery has definitely earned a spot on my must-visit list whenever I'm on the island.
