Each time, I got a different story! They ended up claiming it was the courier's issue, which was clearly not the case. The mobile phone ran out of stock on the website, and they had no inventory left. They weren't even willing to call me back, and every time I called, they asked me to call again in a couple of days. Their customer service couldn't be worse! After waiting for more than 20 days, they decided to simply cancel the order and issue a refund - without even consulting me. Now, I've missed the sales period as the EOFY time has ended, and I have to pay around $400 extra compared to the discounted price! I will never shop here again
