They are a mattress factory, so when she says any mattress can be made into a full she means that you can pick any line or style or features and they can make it in full for you if they don't have it in stock. And when she says this, rather than saying she didn't understand, the customer is rude to the clerk! The clerk is trying to help you. They are a factory. They can make any mattress in any size! So these criticizers are way out of line, in my opinion. I'm going there tomorrow to buy a mattress. I'll update this review after. They went out of their way to have someone available for me when they are normally closed so I could pickup and pay for the mattress once it was ready. It appears just as well made as my previous Square Deal mattress, which is still in use on a guest bed.
