There have been two issues since the company sold: 1. I called ahead to confirm pricing for a service. I arrived and saw the same price on the laminated pricing sheet. When I checked out, they charged me a higher price and said the sheet was wrong. They would not honor the posted price. If you go now, the price has whiteout over it and hand written the new price. 2. I got a manicure and went back same day because the polish was chipping. They told me it was my fault. Two employees started speaking between themselves so I couldn't understand. I used to love this spot. But the customer service is just terrible now. There are a lot of local nail salons with better service and make the customer feel valued.
