Once called back to what was supposed to be the waxing room, I was a little surprised to see a back room that looked to be a broom closet under construction with peeling paint. It was the polar opposite of the front part of the store which is elegant & beautiful. Afterwards, I was only charged for the half price Brazilian so I'm guessing the underarm wax was comped due to my 45 minute wait. I was appreciative and bought some lovely smelling pineapple bath salts for $6. Making things right is good customer service. I would like to give it another try but only if the waxing room looks a lot more inviting.
