You walk in, it's clean, you're greeted and they have an area for kids to play in. Adriana, my dental assistant, helped get all my X-rays and kept me aware of what the next step was. It's never fun sitting around in an office wondering if the dentist is coming or not, so her keeping me updated is a great perk. The process was very smooth. They have a good system down from beginning to end. They even have the office accountant (I believe) come in and walk me through pricing and what would be due at end of service before my cleaning. My hygienist Karla was knowledgeable and thorough in my cleaning. I was comfortable and it helped to have the numbing rinse too lol. That's always fun. She did a great job, even gave me a coupon code for an electric toothbrush. Overall great experience and I have booked my next appointment. And they actually handle all dental care for my mom, brother and littler sister too so definitely recommend for families. *Fun Fact: they have TVs in the ceiling!!
