What they don't understand is that I DID find a reputable company that came out & fixed my unit that their guy couldn't. I was told it was the wire nut. The girls in the office WOULD NOT send out a tech to fix what the 1st guy couldn't. The unit worked for 2 weeks. They told me that meant it was fixed & they were gonna charge me $189 for a tech to come out. I asked them why they wouldn't honor the 30 day warranty!! They don't care about anyone but their own GREEDY selves. Then they have the NERVE to reply with lies accusing me of cussing them out & all slanderous lies. I never once swore at them & let me tell you I was in distress!!!!! I asked the girl if I had to kiss her butt to get a tech out here & she said no but I do have to pay $189.
