The chicken was fried fresh, so it was hot and juicy. In addition to being hot in temperature, it was hot spice-wise. It came with candied jalapeños, soy chili jam, pickles, and Sriracha. The spice was balanced well with some nice sweetness and a tasty kale slaw that added some brightness to the sandwich. Even the bun itself was delicious. It came with a jalapeño corn muffin. It was 10 dollars and I chose a chocolate chip cookie with caramel and pecans in it because, why not. My chicken was delicious. I chose hot honey sauce because I was curious. It was so spicy and cleaned my sinuses right up. The sauce came on the side, thank goodness for that. The muffin was OK. I was at Piada about 15 minutes later, and my order was ready to go! Top tier convenience! It's been awhile since I've visited Beachwood Piada. I was again reminded and impressed with the spaciousness of the store. There was the main dining room and glass-separated addition. I could absolutely see myself working from home at this location in the glass area. There's also a nearby Aloft Hotel here (walking distance). I could imagine any guest from the hotel working at this location too! It was nice to have a more secluded dining space. The glass separator somehow made this Piada location look a lot more classy.
