Always takes forever to get your order. They never have enough staff working so half the time they don't have a lot of items.

Then I got the sandwich, and I was like, actually, $17 is a more than fair price, LOL. For a second, I attempted to eat it with my hands, but its size made it an unwieldy experience. So I ate it with a knife and fork. And it was DELICIOUS. The sandwich came with a big piece of crispy fried chicken that the bun could barely contain. The chicken was fried fresh, so it was hot and juicy. In addition to being hot in temperature, it was hot spice-wise. It came with candied jalapeños, soy chili jam, pickles, and Sriracha. The spice was balanced well with some nice sweetness and a tasty kale slaw that added some brightness to the sandwich. Even the bun itself was delicious. The place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a few tables if you want to dine in. The water is self-serve. There are cups and a sport cooler in front of the counter.

Their website allows you to order online for pickup/delivery past their opening hours, "confirms" that your order's been placed, but since the restaurant is closed, your food won't actually be made... They do provide refunds the next day though! My boyfriend and I still decided to give their food a try despite the order mishap, and I'm really glad we did. The chicken sandwiches are expensive, but have HUGE portions and are very tasty! I love the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich and their mac and cheese, which has an amazing consistency and taste (although it's expensive for portion size). If you're craving a good chicken sandwich - with crispy chicken and full of flavor - this is the place to get it!! Just make sure you pay attention to their hours.

I visited because of the hype and was left very disappointed. I ordered Original Fish & Chips (with 3 pieces of fish), mozzarella sticks, and Lemon Luv fried pie. I opened my Fish & Chips order just to see it. The order was short 1 piece of fish (only two pieces were in the to go container). When I brought this up to the staff, they very closely inspected it. Then stated that the third fish is under the fries and that I must move my fries around to see it. I didn't want to touch my food with dirty hands. Upon checking later there was no third piece of fish. Every item in the meal was disappointing. Chips (which are fries) were tasteless. Hash browns were too overcooked on the outside and strangely hollow on the inside. Mozzarella sticks tasted really over fried. Fish tasted very oily. The lemon pie looked like it had been through a lot, and didn't resemble lemon. I really wanted to like the food but it was just bad. Food was up fairly quickly. The location is a pick up location only without drive thru or tables. It is just one big open area. The eatery is located across from the high school, next to a recently demolished/burned building, and very close to the traffic lights. It is hard to navigate in and out of this location. It is especially congested during the day. The parking lot is very tiny, and has limited amount of space to move around. It also has a huge pothole right in the middle. If you'll venture out to this location, I recommend parking in the local parking garage and walking to this location. I would also suggest visiting in the evening when it is less busy to ensure a better experience.

Let's start with the good/great: the fish was AMAZING! so hot I could hardly touch it! Contrary to…read morewhat some have said, the size of the fish pieces appeared normal to me. We eat 1-2 times a year at the Cuyahoga Falls location, which was until this year the ONLY Arthur Treacher around. If they changed the size of portions, it was LONG ago. Given fish & food prices... you can't compare to the 1960s-1970s fairly (and your memory may be wonky). All I can say is this was the BEST FRIED FISH I have eaten in any years, better than the Cuyahoga Falls location and just flatout perfect! we will be back! NOTE: the "original fish & chips" is 2 pcs, fries, hushpuppies & a small drink. You can order a large w/ 3 pics or extra large w/ 4 pcs. If you work the math, the 4 pc is the best value -- it's enough for us to split, since the fries are HUGE. (I would rate the fries just fair -- they were not as piping hot as the fish and needed some salt.) The hush puppies were the best I've ever eaten anywhere, ever -- hot from the fryer, SUPER CRISPY with a buttery taste. I don't even normally LIKE hush puppies and I wolfed these down. I will order extras next time! The drink is ridiculously small, like a kiddie cup. Spend an extra 50c to 89c and get a larger drink. They were super stingy with the tartar sauce, which is a tiny cup and only enough for ONE piece of fish and we ran short -- though the fish was so utterly superb, it was OK to eat with no sauce. Next time I will pay for extra tartar sauce! I didn't try anything else, but will be back SOON AND OFTEN!!! Now the bad news: it's on a busy intersection with horrible parking that is hard to get in and out. It doesn't help that the big apartment complex next door BURNED DOWN a few months back, leaving a mess. And there is NO INDOOR SEATING, despite very ample space for at least 5 small tables or booths. In the winter, I do not want to eat in my car!!! Please get a few tables! please! However: worth it for the fish & hush puppies alone. I love fish and I am not kidding when I say this is the best I've eaten in a long, long time. I am thrilled to see Arthur Treacher back! I hope it expands!

So I sat in my car and waited a few minutes until I was ready to order the Cordelia pimento double cheeseburger ($8) and the special milkshake, Peach Cobbler ($5 for the small). After about 10 minutes, I received my order, noticing my milkshake was a bit too melty for my liking. I rarely get junk food so I do like everything to be perfect when I do indulge! It was yummy with nice peach chunks mixed in and a graham cracker pie crumble on top. But it wasn't nearly perfect enough to warrant 5 dollars amd probably 500 calories. I ate the whole shake in the car. Once I got home about 30 minutes later, I dug into the Cordelia collaboration burger. This was not worth 8 dollars. Too expensive for basically a double cheeseburger with a couple unique pickles and pimento cheese. The meat on it was great though. A good dinner but it should have been 5 or 6 bucks. I also asked for the tartar sauce on the side and that did not happen. Oh well!

While reclining at the pool at Lifetime, I conveniently placed a to-go order online for pickup at Piada. I went for a little swim while the order was being prepped. I was at Piada about 15 minutes later, and my order was ready to go! Top tier convenience! It's been awhile since I've visited Beachwood Piada. I was again reminded and impressed with the spaciousness of the store. There was the main dining room and glass-separated addition. I could absolutely see myself working from home at this location in the glass area. There's also a nearby Aloft Hotel here (walking distance). I could imagine any guest from the hotel working at this location too! It was nice to have a more secluded dining space. The glass separator somehow made this Piada location look a lot more classy. Most importantly, let's talk about the food. I was craving something light on a hot summer evening but not really a boring salad. And so, I ordered Power Bowl (available through online order only). The bowl contained harissa grain blend, hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, sweet corn, tomato, roasted broccoli, cucumber salad, pickled red onion, and yogurt harissa. I added grilled steak to my Power Bowl for an additional $3.59. I wanted a little more street corn salad, so I ordered it on the side for $2.99. My bowl was very healthy but hearty. I was feeling pretty full even before eating my side of street corn salad. While the bowl had very proportionate ingredients, I noticed that it had a bit less of everything than other locations. For instance, Piada University Heights fills all bowls to the brim so much that ingredients are squished. I can't complain about the size of the bowl, my meal was very filling. If you are looking for other good options at Piada, I wouldn't know what to recommend. Everything is really fresh and tasty. I can't say anything notable about service at this location. I was in and out in minutes. I just simply asked for my order and was out of the door. I would recommend visiting this Piada if you're in the area. The food is prepared quickly and satisfies your Piada cravings. For Aloft Hotel guests, this seems to be one of the only semi-healthy options in the area. Consider it for your next lunch or dinner! Ingredients were slightly squished. I can't complain about the size of the bowl, my meal was very filling. If you are looking for other good options at Piada, I wouldn't know what to recommend. Everything is really fresh and tasty.
