Food was good but really not fast food when you have to wait 10 minutes for a whopper meal. Tables needed cleaned and so did the bathroom. Just average all the way. The "you rule" commercial didn't apply here. read more

The employees here are very nice and really try hard to do a good job! It seems like it is always a little understaffed-people are busy cooking and taking orders but the tables are dirty-like they don't have enough free time to come from behind the counter and wipe off the tables! Delightfully Mediocre... as are most BK's.... I tried to get it "My Way" but the Millennial at the window had other plans for my dining experience, again they have tortured my soul and poisoned my "bon appetite adventure" with lack luster service and sub par grub, ordering is always a crap shoot with these folks they seem distracted while you're ordering perhaps they are trolling Facebook or Twitter while your trying to provide an accurate description of what you'd like to eat. So..... we sit in line and pull up to the speaker. "Sorry, broiler is working. Only fish and chicken". That's nice, you can't server the item you're named after. So we sat in line. now we're trapped with nothing to do, but sit in line. Guess we're eating fried food. There was an Easy fix. Put out a sign that says you don't have Whoppers. But I guess you had rather trap people into buying fish flavored pickle sandwiches. read more

12/17/22 we came to try and get breakfast and after them telling us to wait because they were waiting on something, they told us they werent serving breakfast anymore. 15 minutes we sat there with no communication! We hear the manager yelling in the background that he doesn't care that they made us wait and that we are upset. Horrible customer service! Never again! Thanks for nothing Burger King. read more

We eat here because of the coupons we get in the mail. It's pretty good usually. Don't ask for more than the basic. I can't count how many times I've ordered mustard only and it was more than what could be handled. I have always liked Burger King though so we keep hangin in there. Sometimes they just freaking NAIL it though. All in all, give them a try. read more

Recently we have been to the Buger King in Brooksville twice. Both times there were no vehicles in line or parking area (should have been a sign). My husband loves whoppers and both times they have been horrible - in fact he has thrown them out. How do you mess up fast food, everything is basically done for you. The onion rings and jalapeno bites were ice cold and not eatable. Very sad hope some changes can be made. read more

Have you ever gone to a fast food drive-thru got home and found that they were missing a burger and they put the wrong condiments on another item. Then call up the store and the manager on duty is accusing you of lying because he says I remember that I put that second Whopper in the bag and it wasn't there. I called the following day and speak to the general manager her name is Joe and give promise that I'm able to get the burger and the hot-dog replaced. You then go through the drive-thru and you told to wait for about 5 minutes. Then someone comes out from the store and tells you that this type of order has to be done in the store and not the drive thru. I just left the store Enough is enough. read more

Went through pretty late on the way back home from Homosassa....we have a pretty specific order with four daughters! From no tomatoes, to no tomatoes and no mayo, no onions, etc. Surprisingly it was all correct! We were impressed because fast food places typically forget something in the order or something isn't right in our experience which we have come to expect and know to just check the food before we leave lol so we were all shocked she. Was staying at Microtel. Walked to Burger King which was about .3 miles away. Was greeted as I walked to place my order. Tables, floor, Men's restroom was clean. Informed one of the employees the MED cup covers was out. It was not restocked when I left. The onion rings was warm just the way I like. Overall good experience. read more
