Just your average everyday Burger King. Have never had issues with food or staff, food is great and staff is very friendly. Took my youngest in one day and he was dressed in his Captain America ccostume (during summer, not even around Halloween, as most 4yos do) and the staff treated him like a super hero and even gave him an extra toy for his happy meal. Very clean location. Sometimes can run a little slow in the am but doesn't prevent me from visiting as the staff is great. read more

This is seriously the most underrated BK in history the staff is always excellent and the vibes are always high I love the cook Blake in the back and the front staff knows me by name they are Chessie Tonya and Hailey they always have smiles and crowns for me highly reccomend read more

Food is pretty good. The staff I've encountered when I door dash with them are always friendly with me. Store is always clean.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order. Not anymore. Time to get your place in order and pay people more so they want to work for you. Drive a mile away and McDonald's is busy, but you get food in less then 5 mins or less. read more

I hate to post this but I've given this place multiple chances. Love Burger King, but this location will mess up 8 out of 10 orders. You wait forever no matter the amount of people in line or in drive thru. I feel bad. I'd bet its because they are shorthanded. We are all short handed. And that excuse is getting to be old news. Resturant is outdated. We sat inside as we ate our food and the chairs feel like they are from the 1980s. There were 3 leaks in the roof and they had 3 seperate buckets on the ground to catch the water. I havent ate at Burger King in awhile and I was not impressed which is probably why I only go there once every year or so. The hamburger wasnt hot and the topping were not good. I had some sort of western burger with onion rings and bbq sauce. I would not recommend it. The fries were cooked right and really hot. Not overcooked and not undercooked. I went to this Burger king and ordered an original chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks, the chicken sandwich was fine but I have never in my life had breaded mozzarella sticks where the mozzarella was yellow and hard. I gave this place it's last chance. I have gone here at least 5 times, it's in my neighborhood so I wanted it to be good so I gave them every opportunity to get it right but it seems to me that they just don't care anymore. The service is slow, the food is reheated over and over again. Like I said I went there five times and none of my orders have never been all good, what I mean is something was wrong with every order I have ever placed at this Burger king. Sorry that it's hard to get employees. So at 9:55 am on Friday September 17 the mean and rude drive thru order taker cut me off in the middle of my order so I had to redo it. When I received my order the cold gross hamburger tasted like it sat around for a while. Never got a cold burger from any B K before. I asked for sauces and she told me they didn't have any and shut the window on me. I watch Facebook and there are many complaints/about this place. I now know why. read more

I've gone here two times now. I have someone in my family allergic to onions. First time the gave us whoppers with only onions when i specifically asked for no onions. Never got them replaced or and compensation what so ever. Second time i came here they lost my whole order. The lady at the register came up to me twice and asked me to recite my order again. Burger King can be okay. This one is not. The food is subpar even by Burger King standards, the wait time for the food is exceedingly long, and they blast country music so loud that you cannot even have a conversation inside. Even the McDonalds in Cedar Lake is better. read more

Despite the website and sign RIGHT BY THE DRIVE-THRU MENU that this location was "open 'til Midnight", when we went thru the drive thru at 11:15pm, and were told that they closed at 11. I called, and someone answered (even though they were "closed"), and when I asked why they weren't open, they said the website is listed wrong. A couple days later I asked for a manager to explain what happened, and she gave the same excuses. She also denied that there was any sign listing that they were open 'til midnight in the drive thru, which means she must never go through there herself, because you can't miss it. I would have appreciated an apology for the confusion, but that didn't happen. read more

Come on! This is BK not a 4 star restaurant. I was served quickly at 7am and the food was hot. There was one counter person and one person in the kitchen & I got my order within 3 minutes. In fact, the counter person madr it a point to ask me if ev everything was ok. Not bad for a BK. read more
