This is such a great place to eat! The milkshakes are amazing. Not like Dairy Queen that you have to wait ten minutes to even taste it...Its so delicious. It's a nice place to bring family for multiple reasons. 1. It has an atmosphere of old times. 2. The food is great. Not only in taste, but quantity and price. A HUGE tastee burger was cheap for what you have. It's juicy, cooked all the way through...it's perfect. Everything is fresh unlike many stands and resturaunts that hurry and heat your food up. There is nothing negative to say about this stand, and I definately suggest it to anyone who passes through good ol' Cedar Lake, or make a trip out of it! read more

My teen has worked here for nine months. She has had no problems at all, and even enjoys going to work. I like the fact that the owners care about the kids, even asking them how their grades are! I worked here for a couple of months and it was my very first job. The food is good and the icecream/yogurt is to die for but do not recommend anyone working here. Owners are very rude and everytime I stop in to get ice cream they are always yelling at their poor staff. read more
