I worked 6 day's for this company and I walked out on Monday 2/19/2023, I refuse to be screamed at when I'm barely new at my job, I was a manager in training and this was the worst place I've ever worked in my life, ive never walked out on a job, but I surely did Monday, NOBODY deserves to be screamed at by another employee, Diane, the Gm, didn't have my back and didn't try to communicate with me about the issue, the other 2 managers was telling my GM, that I was overwhelmed, not at alllllll, I refuse to allow someone to scream at me for nonsense, the kitchen is disgusting, DO NOT eat here, there's grease that's caked onto the prep table's that's even there for what looks like, YEAR'S, the employees do not wash there hand's, I pulled the small freezer out to see what the smell was, and I found moldy food that had been there for month's I would assume, the broiler is broken cuz an employee that's autistic got mad and broke it, the employee that has autism, the managers expect him to work at full par, extremely slow when preparing sandwiches and other food's, they've got a total of 10 employees, there's a reason for that, the managers scream at team members and use the excuse, "I have to scream ", per Cheryl and Barb, they can't keep good workers cuz of this, there's absolutely NO training for the employees, I pointed out the problem, and it's ignored by GM an my fellow manager worker's, this place needs NEW managers, this place needs to train the GM so she's fully aware of how this restaurant is to be ran like a real business, the way it should be, the way the videos are presented and they're NOT! I texted the DM an told him that I can't handle being screamed at, today is Wednesday and I have yet to hear from him. This place is a disgrace, it's an embarrassment! They put lettuce an mayo, tomatoes IN a microwave/hopper! Why can't a family go to dinner and get what they wanted and ordered. You might as well order your food and let the surprise begin.you will b missing food or made wrong every time . We avoid going here, but every so often we think we'll we will try it again. But again order was wrong, no sauces for chicken nuggets or chicken fries and they even asked what kind we wanted! Why ask? Never once have they put them in the bag. Why tell them what size? You get the size they decide to give you. Food is never fresh, chicken fries have been so hard you can barely break them. Wouldn't recommend! I went to this Burger King today and ordered three meals each with a milk shake when I ordered the first shake the person taking my order just walked away and then came back a few moments later and continued taking my order after I said I was done with my order they never repeated my order back to me. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes I get my food and only get 2 shakes and a water I asked if there was 3 shakes on the order and she said there was only 2 and I explained that I ordered 3 and she said I didn't and she wasn't going to add it on at the window because of the long line behind me as if it was my fault, I politely just said okay and drove away after I left all the food was sloppily made and the fry's are never fresh. read more

We stopped here for a quick bite on our way to Indianapolis for a business trip. We were in the car for a few hours so we first utilized the rest rooms. Brad was fine with his but the women's bathroom was disgusting. Dirty and with a small mountain of dried up soap on the counter. One bathroom stall. One! The sink was very dirty and I was afraid to touch the door handle. We were the only people at the counter, and noticed two men waiting on their good. The guy was talking to his friend about some of his order missing. We stood there watching two people filling orders at the drive thru. The girl at the counter made eye contact but didn't acknowledge us. We waited for about 5 minutes. Not one person said "welcome", "we will be right with you", or "can I help you". Nothing. Luckily for us, there were other places to eat in the area who will happily welcome us and our money. Bottom line- dirty and unfriendly. Go elsewhere. read more

This was by far the worst BK Iv ever been too. Staff was rude and unprofessional. After 30 minutes in the drive threw our order was missing all dipping sauces. They when we pull in to walk in and get them they are rude and say they don't put them in less u ask. And we clearly did when ordering. Would have shown a receipt but didn't get one when we paid. "Special orders don't upset us" is true. When there were ten cars in the drive-up line at the competition, we went to this Burger King, which had no cars in its drive-up. Due to special dietary restrictions, my husband ordered a Croissan'wich without the croissant & cheese....just egg & ham. I know the order was unusual, but as we picked up the order and I acknowledged it's uniqueness, the associate politely added that she had thrown in some salsa , salt & pepper. Me and my boyfriend came here for lunch. I ordered 2 plain cheese burgers , I got ketchup and mustard on my burgers when I asked for plain. My boyfriend walked up and asked them to get me 2 plain cheese burgers with bacon they said to him they'd only do it this one time. Rude staff and highly unprofessional. I received both cheese burgers plain but one if them Still had lettuce on it. Will only come here for the milk shakes again. read more

I went to the drive though at 6:01 and they said we aren't open yet. The signs weren't even turned for breakfast. I said it's after 6' o clock and she said we have to go by our clocks. I would think as a business if you open at 6 you should be ready to serve them by 5:58 so when the customers arrive at 6 you can serve them! I ended up taking my business elsewhere. read more

when we first walked in it was smokey asf and the smoke alarm was going off. when we were ordering food i looked over the counter and the back floors were dirty as hell, food everywhere, even in the booths. then it took them 15 min to get a simple meal done. the vanilla shakes tasted exactly like frosting and weren't frozen. then the chicken nuggets were dry and the breading didn't taste cooked long enough. and the bathrooms weren't that bad but were dirty. honestly i'm never coming here again. read more
