Mine a chicken salad with "extra" chicken (there was no extra chicken), extra spinach and literally got 3 leaves of spinach. Also, ordered extra vinegar dressing of which there was zero. My wife ordered an Italian salad, the meat was not cut up into bite size like it normally is. The salami and pepperoni were literally just thrown in there on top of the lettuce. She also had zero dressing. This isn't a huge deal more of an inconvenience but we did pay $3 more for the extra chicken. No real help from the kids working at the store other than if we want to drive back for a new one. Which isn't even worth it.

The food is fresh and tastes great every time I come in. I love spending time hanging out here and talking with people over lunch. It is a relaxing environment with a clean atmosphere, good music, and a great view of Downtown Columbiana. I would definitely recommend this Subway for a great place in Columbiana to grab a quick bite to eat or even hang out and stay a while.

There was a server Jason as well as a manager Emma who were very rude and EXTREMELY unhelpful saying that they were "too busy" to SPEAK with their customers who just paid for 9 meals. All we asked was to have a sign posted to say that receipts cannot be printed on the kiosks and Emma said that it "was not her call" to do so (as a a manager) and instead challenged my mom to call corporate. The staff was pointing fingers and being passive about remediating the issue. The cohesion is lacking in this branch and it is not helpful for business. We understand that you are all busy. My parents, siblings, and I work as well. Learn how to speak to your customers kindly and please take constructive criticism instead of immediately asking us to call corporate for you.

I never get a made-to-order meal here. I always get a scone and a cup of British Breakfast tea; easy to eat and drive snack. They don't put out 2% milk on the service counter (only half an half and 1%). However, they have it behind their counter and will gladly give you some for your beverage. There is plenty of seating in the shared area, and Panera offers free WiFi.

The negative on the gyro was the tzatziki sauce; it was incredibly runny and didn't have a very strong flavor (3.8 stars). My only guess is that it is watered down. Even still, I really enjoyed the gyro. Hot dog- They call them "Jays" and there are a lot of ingredient options. I went with mustard and chili. This is obviously why the place is called Jay's Famous HOT DOGS. This is the way to go! The hot dog was great. The chili had an awesome taste: kinda smokey and peppery. The bun was very fresh too which was unexpected to be honest. On future visits, I will definitely just get hot dogs! Fries- Fresh cut. There was basically no salt so I had to add quite a bit. They may have been just a little undercooked too. However, I still thought they were good and had no problem eating all of them. The girls behind the counter did a great job but I did see more than a few people wait 10+ minutes for their food.
