Every time I go through the drive thru there is always something missing !!! Un real!!!

I've been there 3 times. One time wss good. One time I waited in line to and then to get my food for 22 minutes - bad service and people standing around. Today I got a kids meal for my nephew and received no sauce for the nuggets and they were luke warm. I will avoid this location but not the brand. read more

Ok so I'm not supposed to eat fast food but I stopped here for a whopper. I'm leaving a great review because whoever is managing this place understands the value of a hot burger. Most burger kings serve luke warm whoppers. This place serves em hot and I love it. Onion rings a bit soft and everything else is average but man the whoppers are good. read more

This Burger King has the typical BK offerings, which may be good if you like BK or not so good if you don't. For me, I don't stop at BKs all the time, but I will do so occasionally. The food was fine, even when I ordered a Whopper plain with only mustard and ketchup. It came out just as I asked. The location of this BK may give you pause. It is located in a truck stop on Ohio Route 7 off the I-90 in Conneaut, OH. You might shy away from truck stops just because you don't care for them. But the restaurant is clean and not loud, cleaner in fact than some other BKs I have been too. So if you aren't expecting a gourmet meal, this is not a bad stop.. read more

Only giving one star because it makes me give a star. I would give a zero. We ordered mobile on a Sunday when the app said the store was open. When we arrived it was not open, so we assumed we would just get a refund for it since it was never accepted on burger kings side. We did not get the refund. So we came here today, ordered at the drive thru. When we got there my husband explained the situation and asked what we could do about it to get our money back, he said or they could deduct that amount from this order we were currently getting and then we wouldn't worry about it. There was a girl in the drive thru who was training (it said so on her name tag) so she said one moment while I get my manager to help. When the other woman came up she asked to see the order, my husband showed her and she said yeah I think you have to contact corporate for that, but hold on one moment while I go get that number for you. So we said okay. She never came back to say anything and the other manager in training stood by the window after taking a couple orders behind us. We waited in front of two cars for about 10 minutes after she said she was going to get the number. My husband said "at this point I could have just googled the number but I don't want to seem rude by just pulling away" we couldn't get anyone's attention at the window. So we wait about 2 minutes more and this random woman in a white t shirt comes to the window. She asks my husband if he has the receipt for the order he wants refunded. He said yes and pulled it up with his phone. As soon as she looked at it she said "you need to google the number for corporate and call them, there's nothing we can do for you" with a nasty attitude. My husband didn't want to get into with her and we had already sat in their drive thru for awhile so pulled away before I could ask her why she would ask for a receipt if she wasn't able to help (just to waste our time). So I called. I recognized her voice on the phone and said "yes is this the woman at the drive thru with the white t shirt" she said yes im the general manager and I believe she said her name was Erin, so I said yes I am just trying to figure out why you would ask for a receipt knowing you weren't going to help us and just tell us to google this information. And she cut me off by saying she came in on her day off, and that she has a manager that's training and doesn't know how to answer us. And I said ma'am please do not talk over me, I was not finished talking. She then continues to say well I don't care that you were talking, I know you saw me walk in this store with my grand daughter and she's waiting in the lobby for me. I don't have time for this. (I did not see her walk into anywhere) so that's a weird comment and I also informed her that I did not care about her granddaughter or family issues that I am asking a question. And I said I'm not sure why your being so rude when I'm trying to ask you a legit question about why your employees would not tell us from the start to just google a number instead of "wait right here and I'll get you a number". She kept saying that she has a grand daughter waiting in the lobby and that she does not care about this issue it's her day off, and she hung up on me. We have never had an issue at this burger king until today and we will not be back, and I will be posting this on every avenue for your store that I can. Erin I will also be contacting corporate for your disgusting attitude towards customers. If you cannot handle customer service then quit your job!!!!! SIDE NOTE: the food is always delicious so your kitchen at least knows what they are doing, and deserve praise. read more

Absolutely disgusting location. All glass surfaces were absolutely covered in hand prints and smudges. All the tables were covered in crumbs. The floors were literally slippery and slimy because it had been so long since it was cleaned. Right outside the door the pavement was literally black because everybody was tracking dirt and grime out of the restaurant. Absolutely avoid this place! If their lobby area was this dirty, I don't even want to imagine what their kitchen looks like. read more

The last 4 times we visited this BK it was poor. Visit 1 had stale buns and messed up the toppings. Visit 2 messed up the toppings. Visit 3 was missing fries. Visit 4 messed up topping. Better step up your game if you want $15 an hour folks. read more

they have never been great here in Conneaut but when they got the new location I do have to say they were on top of things it was great the food tasted different even I went through the drive-through tonight and had a little situation it was may be an assistant manager or a management staff-of some sort and And all I wanted was the managers name and I Called when I got oh home and spoke with blonde kind of heavyset lady that must be some type of management she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise she was yelling at me about her job and that she would much rather be home with her kids and the drive-through wasn't supposed to be open but they have it open for our convenience because of Thanksgiving tomorrow I don't know what she was talking About and that she works with kids all day and I'll kinds I have stuff set an off crazy busy they were three cars in the drive-through Can you say CRAZY I wasn't sure if I should go back and help her for what LOL anyways I will never visit that Burger King again I think she actually had a mental break down read more
