In this past this Burger King location didn't serve very good food. Whoppers were dry and the French fries old and cold. However, we recently tried it again, and I must say their food has improved and is now fantastic. Their Whoppers are fresh right off the broiler and wrapped nicely so you can eat it with one hand if necessary. The fries were fresh and hot and lightly salted. They must have had a change in this store's management because everything has improved, from the food to the employees as well. Give this location another try. read more

What a terrible restaurant, sorry, fast food joint.They screwed the pooch on my order but refused to pay me back the difference. The help is less than par, rude , disheveled and dirty looking. The restaurant floor feels like an ice rink because of the filth on the tile. Take a hard pass on spending your money and appetite. read more

I had been there since months I recently returned and it has been amazing the service is a good quality since it looks like it change their personal they have a new manager in charge and new personal. Only reason I stopped here is because the McDonalds next door was having their parking lot repaved. After sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes it split into two separate lanes. I pulled up to make my order and a voice from the speaker told me, "Lane 2 be closed." I responded that there was no signage to indicate the line being closed, and another voice on the speaker responded, "We said, Lane 2 closed!" As there was already a line of 6 cars behind me in the slow moving drive through, I elected not to go around and wait in the line again, so can't really review the food, just the lack of service. read more

WHAT THE HELL?? They have two drive thru lanes and when I arrived, I went into the outer lane. I was told to hold for a moment and watched as three cars total entered the inner lane and were helped. A car was behind me and moved to the inner lane and I followed suit. The car in front of me was helped and as they ordered, two cars came into the outer lane. They were helped before me!! I had a total wait of 45 minutes at this hell hole. Being short staffed is one thing but getting ignored when you were told to hold on... there's no excuse. The worst Burger King ever. Workers are so slow and the food is always cold and 90% of the time you're most likely going to get the wrong thing you ordered. They aren't the nicest people either. Always laughing inside and not working. 2 cars in the drive threw and it takes 25 min to get food. There's a reason why McDonald's is always packed next door and this place is not. Not even sure why they opened up this location and then hired a bunch of people that don't even care about working. Every time I come here I regret it after I got my food. I'd rather starve then give this place money for dinner that taste worse than day old food in a garbage can. At least that is what I think I would feel like if I had to eat out of the trash can. I can not stress enough how awful this Burger King is, first time my order is messed up I can let it go but this the 5th time. I know I should learn my lesson and now I have. I only order a double cheeseburger plain and every time it's not plain. They repeat your order several times correct but every-time I check it, it's wrong. I will never return here ever again, it's a shame because I was very happy to have a Burger King in Crete. Something needs to change here. However you look at McDonald's and Culver's and lines are long, then. Burger King no line. McDonald's has decent service and Culver's is great. I cannot even give the Stegar Burger King one star but cannot leave a review if i didnt. The wopper was oce cold and i mean ice cold. It was as if they had it sitting in the fridge. Even the bread was cold not even room temp, actually cold. The taste was awful! I also ordered o uon rings and like the whopper, they were cold as if fro. The freezer cold. Now i haven't had Burger King since i was a kid and was so so disappointed. Never again read more

I've been to plenty of Burger King's and I don't expect much, but this one is the worst. I went through the drive thru and I had coupons for chicken nuggets with a large fry, and 2 jr whoppers and 2 small fries. The drive thru was quick enough, but when I got home I went through the bag and they didn't put the large fry in there. Me and my girlfriend went to eat, and everything was cold; I don't live far from this place for it to be that cold by the time I got home. And the food was horrible: the whopper had no flavor and the bun tasted like it was close to going stale, the fries were cold and soggy, and the nuggets had to crunch to the breading and were bland. When I saw on the receipt that there was a survey to take I immediately went to the website. The site then asked for a code that's supposed to be located on the receipt, but there wasn't one on there. I had high hopes for this one since it's new, they need to retrain this staff. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! if I could give them zero stars I would. While we were eating our food one of the employees came and and started yelling at his girlfriend to stop ordering food and get out and go back to the "crib". They started to get in each others faces and where screaming and yelling at each other. They continued to fight one another and started pushing and shoving. They eventually took it outside and continued to push, shove, hit, and punch while the employee was holding his one year old daughter. The manager did absolutely nothing but stand there an laugh at them. The cops where called but we did not stay long enough to see what happened next. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!! The employees where horrible and didn't know what they were doing while ordering my food and the manager clearly doesn't do much managing.The only reason I gave them one star was because the food was a good temperature. Here is some advice go to McDonald's instead because they're staff is way nicer and actually know what they're doing. oh ya and they're chicken nuggets are better :) read more
