Burger was solid. Fairly cheap as well. Nothing to write home about, but it's an affordable, solid lunch option

I've come to Happy Bites since they've opened in Tinley Park and have even visited some of their other locations. It has been a bit now since I visited and sadly was disappointed in my experience. I called ahead to order so pick up would be easier. The staff member was having a difficult time understanding me but we got my order in and everything seemed clear! When we went to pick up our food, we noticed the inside wasn't super clean and they had fans on in both eating areas. The woman at the register helped a couple of others before calling me up so I could pay for our order. There was no confirmation of items just my name. When our food was ready, they were missing the small french fry. She immediately got defensive saying she didn't charge me for it and I could pay still. Another staff from the back came out and also chimed in. I was happy to pay for the fry but everything is made to order so we had to wait a bit. The food here is very good. The wings weren't as crispy as normal but that could have been from the wait. Overall, there could be some service improvements made and better communication among staff. read more

This location shared place with The California way sandwich shop which I have yet to try. Came in during a lunch rush and still served pretty quick and found a seat. The crispy chicken sandwich and Cajun fries were completely worth the price. Cheese sticks were good as leftovers too, that is hard to do. I would come back here with an empty stomach to try both places. read more

We dined inside, two adults and two kids, the food was decent wasn't the worse. The burger was good , we had boneless wing with lemon pepper good. The loaded totter tots was good but the cheese sauce was a lot I had to dip it in ranch or ketchup to hid it. What we have here is a very SOLID, cure the hunger pains, no frills establishment. We've ordered from here about four times now at my job and the food is incredibly consistent, fresh, and tasty. The prices are excellent, a fish sando or chicken sando with fries for $7.99 and even with delivery the fries are actually still good now that's a winner. Burger and fries starting at $9.99. Although I don't eat beef anymore I do believe the beef burgers are what they do best, my coworkers rave about the freshness and seasoning of the patties. The produce is always fresh, delicious toasted brioche buns AND GUYS they follow the order notes, I always ask for extra mayo and onion in the Uber eats instruction section and they get it right every time. Every main dish was fantastic! My loaded cheese fries were the best loaded fries I've had so far! I usually order loaded fries or nachos. This is number one so far. I ordered from this restaurant for the first time. There was confusion with the delivery, but they made up for it. I'm so glad I accepted the replacement because the food was delicious. We had the boneless chicken wings in Thai chili sauce, the wedge fries, & the best fried dill pickles. All of the food was delicious! All of the food maintained its warmth & crispiness. Easy parking. Nice amount of space inside. Reasonable prices. Decent food. I'd suggest stopping by if you're in the area...but not some place to go out of your way if you're not nearby. I came here having a taste for a burger. I ordered the Nectar of the Gods, Tater Nator Burger, Buffalo garlic wings, and an order of tots. The Nectar of the Gods. Well, I must admit that I see why they call it that. Because that is what it tastes like. Good execution. Good combo of ingredients. Hot juicy burger. But then, when I bit into the Tater Nator burger, they were exposed: no seasoning on the burger. None. No seasoning on the taters, the burger, and the cheese had no taste of nacho to be found! A tasteless burger. When I went back to the Nectar of the Gods, I couldn't help but like it. But then I realized, no seasoning. The wings are nothing to talk about. I can find better somewhere else, trust me. No seasoning on the tots, but they were hot and fresh. The star of the show: the fries. This place is amazing! I got the burger special which was a gyro cheeseburger. I was skeptical that I was going to like it, but the cashier and another worked recommended it to me. I was not disappointed, and the burger was delicious and so juicy! I also ordered 4 chicken tenders tossed in garlic Parmesan sauce. They were really crispy. Although they weren't as thick as I usually like my chicken tenders, they were delicious as well. The place itself is a little small, so I wouldn't recommend coming with a big group. If you're looking for a juicy burger, this isn't it. The cheese burger is more on the dry side, and we'll done. The bun is kind of "bready" or maybe it was cause it was stale. It wasn't horrible, but was wasn't great, mediocre at best, it did look nice. The chicken tenders were soggy , it was a to go order so I'm going to assume it's due to steam so I won't mark them for that. I'm not a fan of steak cut fries but the garlic parm fries were pretty good, so I'll give them that. I don't recommend the cheeseburger fries. Would I go back? My oh my, where do I even start? My nephew asks me EVERYDAY if we can go to "happy burger bites". We absolutely love the fried pickles. They are skinny, seasoned perfectly, and served with amazing ranch. The cauliflower wings are outstanding! I love the buffalo sauce. The fries are always crispy and seasoned well. We recently tried the garlic parm fries and let me just say! They are the best appetizer they have and arguably the best fries in the state! The staff is always polite and patient with new customers. I had the Billy and the Kid burger - onion rings, cheese, bbq sauce, pickles and bacon. I thought the onion rings were exceptionally crispy as was the bacon. I'm a person who loves sauce so I wish it had more bbq on it. Overall a decent burger! My husband had the Rockin Robin burger and said the egg was perfectly cooked. He changed his side of fries to onion rings and cooed my burger by putting some on his for some extra crunch. I placed my order online via SLICE, viewed the order three times to ensure it was correct, and had a "not okay" experience! I wanted a burger with fries and a side order of onion rings. The confirmation indicated my order would be ready 15 minutes after the hour. I arrived five minutes early, used the bathroom and picked up a few condiments to kill time, only to learn that the order had not yet been called into the restaurant. Clearly, it would have been quicker to just order upon arrival! When I finally got my food, I looked in the bag and did not see my extra side so I asked the person at the counter, "where are my onion rings?" He responded, telling me they were in with my burger. When I asked for my fries, I got a smirk, and comment that I had ordered the onion rings instead of fries. My online order clearly states 'burger and fries, and onion rings." So, I just stood there. He, finally went into the kitchen and came back with an order of fries. The bites were not happy at happy bites! My son and I wanted to try their wings to see how they stacked up to the other chains. We both selected boneless wings but you can only pick a single sauce unless you order 16 or more wings.... Sad that we didn't get to try another sauce. We dined in and my wife and daughter elected to eat at the California Way side of the restaurant. We both ordered at the same time, but it took more than 24 minutes for our food to come to the table. My wife and daughter both already had their food and were munching away! I was hoping it would be worth the wait, but their boneless wings had the consistency of a McNugget... gross.
