I've been coming to this Dairy Queen in Douglas, GA for over 20 years and my visit tonight was so…read morebad (worse visit ever) it has led me to this review. I tried to call the store first multiple times, but I think the phone was off the hook as it went directly to a busy signal each time. Anyways, I placed a mobile pick up order at 7:37pm and arrived at the store at 7:47pm. I saw my order on the screen and patiently waited for it to be made as my app said they were preparing my order (not true). So at about 7:52ish my order was deleted from the screen. I then walked up to the counter and said my order was deleted from the screen. So then they reprinted it and gave it to someone who I presumed went behind the "wall" to make them (nope). A few minutes later another person asked what I ordered and told them I had a mobile pick up order and then they asked me what I ordered which I told them and they began to make them. The 4 Blizzards we ordered were finally ready at 8:15ish. We then drove 10 minutes to get home and when we opened up our Blizzards to enjoy them they were all soup and didn't even have the consistency of a milk shake. On top of that my wife ordered the New York Royal Cheesecake Blizzard and they put chocolate or fudge in it which my wife didn't like and didn't even enjoy it. After everything (they knew I was there a long time because I bet 10 other customers came and got their food before me) no one apologized for the wait or anything like that. I'm extremely disappointed with this Dairy Queen visit and would appreciate management reach out to me to make this right because I know you all can do better than this and I can buy ice cream at the store that is better and for much less than this visit.
