If this is accurate, it's hard to imagine how uncomfortable and potentially unsafe those conditions must be when temperatures are in the 90s and kitchen equipment is running all day. Great restaurants depend on great employees, and employees deserve a safe, comfortable work environment. I hope management addresses this issue and invests in better working conditions for their staff.

Honestly, I really enjoyed being there. It might sound weird, but that kind of small, human interaction made all the difference. These days, a lot of places feel so impersonal, so it was nice to be reminded that the people serving you are just like you--they've got moms and dads, siblings, and lives of their own.
