Out of habit I was going to McDonalds but then saw a BK across the street and was feeling croissanwhichy. The atmosphere for dining in is so much better. (McDonalds is feeling to automated). 9am I watched my order being made through the service window and the female worker using a plastic container for the ketchup & mustard dropped one on the dirty floor picked it up and was wiping it off with her plastic glove covered hand back onto floor then without changing gloves or wiping bottle went back to making the sandwich, dropped the other bottle and did the same thing touching all the food with dirty gloves on I informed the manager about it when I asked for refund she said she'd talk to her about it but .but at the same time she went to the window and the worker l kept making dirty sandwiches.i found out later its was her daughter that was making the sandwiches. Very unprofessional, I placed a mobile order around 10:30 when I got off work got to the Burger King at 10:37 or so sat in the drive thru for about 7 mins without a response before pulling up to a window when I got to the window no one was inside so I pulled to the front to knock to see if I could get someone's attention that way. But no lucky, tried called too. I had already paid for my food but was never given my food!!! Maybe change your hours, if you aren't gonna be open till 11 make it say that. I wasn't going to post a review so no picture. This bk has always been a hit or miss for breakfast or lunch and I think it comes down to the manager at the time ( they seem to go through alot of them .9/24/23 we stopped for breakfast bout 9am .used the dr.up then stopped in the lot to check the order which was wrong but we weren't charged extra & in a hurry.my EGG on my sausage croissant was dark brown ( burnt) and tasted it .I went inside to get a fresh non burnt one and the manager said I had to wait because she had big orders ahead of me this was after she looked at it and asked what was wrong with it....I was stunned .so I asked for a refund which seemed to up set her ...I won't go there there again .thx BK read more

Once they started doing the family meal bundles, our cheap lazy non home cooking nights are cheaper!! We are very very thankful for that!! Can't wait till I can take the kids back inside to play. My daughter misses the play place! Personally I think they should upgrade their play equipment. Like a side for big kids and keep the soft stuff for the tots but unfortunately they probably don't have room to upgrade their building. read more

The restaurant is pretty clean, I looked at the bathroom and It's pretty clean! This is a old restaurant but it needs a renovation. One table was dirty and they needed more staff but their customer service was good they got one thing wrong but they fixed it! I got no complaints they were pretty good! read more

I was unable to place an order. I went to the drive through at 12:05 on my lunch was told just a moment. 7 minutes pass and I'm told they are not taking any orders. I say okay and drive forward to leave. I'm blocked in by someone waiting for food. I wait 5 mins to drive through a notice a car behind me. They had ordered. I waited past to see them get their food immediately. I drove around and asked for the GM name was told "dela" and "good luck" the manager whose name wasn't displayed or given was a Hispanic lady whom was very rude told me she was busy and couldn't take my order. I waited 15+ mins in total. Isn't how you treat people or customers. I was told she could take my order once I went inside but was no longer going to support or certainly pay for food, was not offered anything was not offered anything or apologies. Was told I was wasting my time and she hates her job and doesn't care cause short staffed. Pretty insane and isn't how you treat customers or people. I was perfectly fine being patient and waiting or moving on but seems I was chosen not to be served. If the GM/Manager/Owner needs help running a business or selling that would be ideal based on reviews. Please fix the issues so the community can have Burger King read more

I should have known by the lack of customers that this was not the right choicebut gave it a shot anyway... That being said, I went out after a blizzard to grab burgers. We were the only people in the place besides the lounging employees in the restaurant... I ordered burgers for 5 & 2 large fries only to get home to missing burgers. Y'all had 1 job... just 1 our $38.00 worth of burgers and you failed miserably. Perhaps if the lounging employees had not left the job to 1 employee they could have got it right. Ok. Certainly nicer than the one in Brighton, just down the road. Convenient to US 85 at the Ft Lupton (CO 52) exit. Clean inside. Quite the hangout during lunch rush. Decent staff. This burger king used to be good, a long time ago. Every time I go they ask me to park, i could be the only one ordering something and still be asked to park. I recently went thinking maybe they've changed, they changed for the worse. I was asked too park and when they finally brought the food to me two things were missing. I went in and asked for my food that i payed for and a very rude lady said "I know I put it in the bag." She then takes her ungloved hands and rummaged through my bag making a mess of everything and when she realized they weren't in there she grabs my food with her bare hands and touches the exposed food. Took forever for myself and the lady in front of me to get acknowledged & helped. Not sure if the cashier didn't speak English or just wasn't gregarious but she wasn't talking. Horrible customer service Was only in town for a short time decided to stop by for some burgers for my family they were extremely rude we had to tell them our order three times they still got it wrong charged for sauce stated that the window said they charge for sauce just absolutely horrible customer service there are other burger places near by I would suggest going to one of those. read more

I have always ordered the same thing, probably two-dozen times in the last year, a double whopper with cheese plain with a large sprite. Every single time, there is some problem with this simple order. They ask if I want that in a combo meal. No. So just a double whopper with cheese plain and a large coke? No, large sprite. Large fries? No, Sam Paul Robert Ida Thomas, SPRITE. An arbitrary number is rattled off, and off I go to the window that has been under construction for what seems to be a year... I get to the window which does not open for an average of a minute and a half, and I have handed to me a double whopper with everything on it, and a large coke. We stop by at 9pm on July 4th 2011. The lights were off but we saw employees outside shooting off fireworks..so we ask if they were open. They said yes, so we ordered 2 burgers, fries and drinks. The fries were hot but the meat in the burgers were cold. ( i understand why Steve R has been getting sick) We drove back to find them all outside once again and they were not happy to hear our request for replacement burgers. They did give us more burgers but with her hateful comment ( don't tell me these aren't hot. They are right off the grill! )we were afraid to eat them. We wont ever return.. read more

Don't do it. They're having a good day if they give you bad service. A normal day has horrendous service. Never know if your going to get what you ordered or somebody else's order. Would be a good place to open up a real Burger King. read more
