Stopped in to see what all the hype is about. Getting out of the car the smell was amazing! Not super busy for 4th of July Saturday and we expected to wait awhile which we did not. We were second in line to give our order for dine in. The restaurant was as very brightly decorated and seemed to be very clean. Our order was taken and the order specialist was very helpful with telling us what was on the burgers to help with our decision. Our burgers and fries came out. She ordered a single animal style with animal style fries. I went double, double animal style with regular fries. My fries were kind of ordinary and the animal style fries were good but IMO nothing to write home about. Now to the burgers. I really liked it. I would give it a 4 out of 5. Super juicy, and I loved the taste of the burger itself. It reminded me a lot of Shake Shack with a cross between Freddie's and Steak and Shake. I would have it again but probably skip the fries. I am going to give this a 4 star rating because while it was good I still don't see the hype and probably wouldn't go out of my way for it. read more

Sorry, I don't get what all the fuss is about. The fries were good. The "Double Double" burger beats McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. Not as good as 5 Guys, Smashburger, or Whataburger. Very limited menu compared to any other chain. No bacon, and that's a sin. The fees & tax were unusual, so I investigated. The "Retail Sales Fee" (1%) and "Public Improvement Fee" (1.25%) are going to the property developer, not the government. Worse, the City of Loveland agreed to a lower tax rate here (1.75%) than everywhere else (3%). A non-level playing field for Loveland businesses that shifts the tax burden elsewhere - great. If you tried In-N-Out in Southern California, Las Vegas, or Phoenix, you may be not as impressed with this location. First, the wait is too long. I came during the weekend and it was very busy so long wait is understandable. Then I came on a weekday after lunch time - much fewer people but... still had to wait quite long. Cheeseburgers and double doubles were ok - a bit dry/overly toasted and lacking their "spread" sauce, in my opinion. Fries were good. Staff was friendly. I've been to an In-N-Out in Vegas and wasn't impressed- I gotta say I'm so glad I gave it another try here in Colorado. While the location is in a super busy area, the staff are doing a great job of moving people quickly and efficiently, there are even extra people in the parking lot for the drive thru traffic. While there was a line inside, it moved fast and the staff were all very friendly and upbeat. The restaurant was also very clean considering the volume of people and how fast tables turned over. We ordered double-doubles and animal style fries - so good! The food came out pretty quick and tasted great- it's definitely worth a visit to check out the hype of In-N-Out if you've never been. read more

The only reason In-N-Out doesn't get 5 stars is because they have the worst French fries of any restaurant. Normally crinkle cut are my least favorite but somehow these fries manage to be the worst. They masquerade as standard cut fries with so much promise, but they are so dry and powdery with a slightly overcooked flavor and they lose their heat almost immediately. They are the wise potato chip of the French fry world. I recommend you skip the fries. Plus the math on the combo meal saves you no money. Now for the good...food and service. The service is what keeps this place from getting 3 stars. The team is very attentive and I was greeted with a smile. I only waited 10 minutes to get to the counter on day 2 (granted I arrived at 10:35a...5 minutes after opening). My order arrived 12 minutes later. At 10:45a, I was order number 92!!! The drive-thru will take significantly longer. I heard opening day had 1 hour wait times. Once I had my food (double-double animal style combo), the staff asked me 2-3 times if I needed anything. I thought the fries may have been sitting out for a while, and I mentioned they were cold. I was immediately brought a replacement order of fries. They were hot for 15 seconds and then tasted just as bad as the original. But it was super nice that they did that. The burgers are the best part. Animal style is from their secret menu. It does not cost extra. You can Google the rest of their secret menu. The burgers are first wrapped in a paper towel to keep the burger from getting soggy (because they are juicy), and then wrapped in the branded paper. I will be back. Waaay better than my last in-N-Out experience. Fries were salted better- although I would've liked them crispier. Got the Grilled Cheese sandwich (it's not listed on the menu, but it's a customer favorite and of course they'll make it for you!) and while it could've been cooked more and had the cheese melted more, it was still really delicious- with tomatoes, lettuce, and their special sauce. Blown Away I am a California girl living here in Loveland for the last eight years so I KNOW In n Out. I wasn't that excited for this one being built at first because during a trip back home in 2019, I had In n Out and it was not a pleasant experience. All that changed today when I visited the new Loveland location. I was prepared for a wait time, the nice parking guys quoted about an hour, we got into the line at 2:50pm. We sat for about ten minutes or so while other cars pulled in around us, the way they have the drive thru set up right now, is very smart and efficient. When it was our turn to order, we were greeted by a super friendly staff member who took our order quickly. I happened to ask the gent if he was a fan of a certain famous artist, to which he replied YES! I handed him a bracelet to let him know that I too was a fan of this particular artist. He tucked the bracelet into his pocket because its not part of the uniform, and thanked me. No sir, THANK YOU for the excellent and friendly service! We popped around the building, and were handed our order of 5 double doubles, 4 fountain drinks, 1 shake, 1 reg fry and 2 animal style fries at exactly 3:38pm for $53 dollars. I am blown away by how efficient the drive thru was, whilst driving around the building and looking in, all the workers had giant smiles on their faces, they were working hard and smiling and that warmed my heart to see. I am so proud of the staff and management at In n Out, our experience today was top notch, our food was delicious and a taste of home. My double double tasted exactly like the very first double double I had a million years ago when I was a young girl. The pictures do not do our meal justice. Opening day and very well organized. Store number 365 First one in Northern Colorado. Northern Colorados 1st IN and Out Burger! Store #365! Awesome store! Very clean and shiny! Heating outside, which is nice since we live in Colorado. Tastes just as good as the ones in California! Friendly staff! The entire parking lot perimeter is the drive-thru line. MAKE sure to access it from the Old Chicago and Joanns side of the parking lot of Hans Drive. Got two double double one animal style and one mustard style. Both great! Then one of us has an egg allergy, and they were AMAZING! The special sauce has egg, so they didn't put any on it and had it mustard style, and it was Delish! They even put it in its own bag so we didn't confuse them. There is plenty of parking in lot because of the shops in the shopping center. It is very well organized. I cannot praise in-n-out enough. They pride themselves in great service. They only offer burgers and they do make a great burger. We love it with the grilled onions. it does not matter which one you go to, they are all excellent. Unfortunately, they do not offer any in Oklahoma. My burger was overcooked and had three times the amount of lettuce and the bun was cold to the touch. there was very little sauce and again lacked consistency.My fries were dried out but Oily. I eat here about once a week, but today the service and burgers were horrible!!! I try and beat the rush and get there around 10:30am. well today there was only one car in front of me and yet it took over to 10 minutes to get my burger! the bun was cold and it was just overloaded with lettuce. We were recently in California, and whenever we go there, one of our favorite stops is an In-N-Out Burger. The thing about In-N-Out is that their menu only consists of burgers and fries, so burgers are their specialty. They usually are always crowded, but well worth the wait. We always get the cheeseburger with grilled onions. I can't explain why their burgers are so unique; they taste great. The problem is that there are none in Oklahoma where we live. I have been to the In-N-Out Burgers in the Denver area and Colorado Springs. I also had it in Stockton, California. I learned about a new location opening in Loveland. I decided to try since I was already up there. I ordered a 4 X 4 (Quadruple Patty Cheeseburger). It was tasty like the other locations. The meat and toppings were fresh and high quality. I always think the beef patties are cooked perfectly, and they come with abundant flavor. Since this is the only location in northern Colorado, it did take 10 minutes for the burger to be served. The dining interior has the retro diner style found at all the In-N-Out Burger locations. I'd recommend people in Larimer and Weld Counties to try a burger at this fast food chain read more

My family and I decided to go check out the new In-N-Out Burger for dinner. This is the first time we've been to this restaurant. We arrived at 6:20pm and the place was crowded. We stood in line to place our order and it went pretty fast. The staff working the front counter was very friendly and professional. Our burgers and fries were ready in about 12 min. That's pretty good for being crowded. The staff who called out our order number and handed the food to me was very friendly and professional as well. Great customer service so far. While we're eating at the dining area, I noticed that there is always a staff sweeping the floors and another staff wiping out the tables to try to keep the restaurant clean during busy hours. Pretty impressive. I thought our burgers were pretty good but the french fries have a weird texture to it. Kind of dry but it was edible. In my opinion, nothing beats McDonald's French fries. But overall, our favorite experience was great. We will definitely come back here again. The menu prices were excellent! read more
