I especially want to recognize Abby. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure customers had a great experience. It's not often you come across someone who brings such a positive attitude to their job, but Abby absolutely does. She treated everyone with respect, had a smile the whole time, and made the visit feel much more personal than your typical fast-food stop. Employees like Abby are the reason people come back. Thank you to her and the rest of the crew for the excellent service. I'll definitely be stopping here again whenever I'm back in Gloversville.

Most times I leave empty-handed because they can't provide their signature item. This last time, I ordered online and went 15 minutes later, anticipating the wait. I got my order and got home. The order was wrong: it wasn't spicy it was mild. The place is reasonably clean, though; but not sure what I have to do to get spicy chicken. Ordering it does not seem to work. Edit: After raising this with Popeye's Corporate offices, I was told I was not entitled to a refund for the improperly filled order. so not only is this location unable to fulfill the order, Popeye's as a whole, is unwilling to stand by their product and service.

Last week, I had the special Steak Frites , a Filet Mignon, that I ordered rare to medium rare, mentioning to Megan that I liked it bloody. However, not only did it come out early but well done! Ok, anything can happen, but the server is tasked with ASSURING that the meal is delivered as ordered. It should have been noted that it was over done and offered to be replaced. Not so. Tonight I ordered the flank steak special, again rare to medium rare. It came out medium and chewy. Furthermore, tThe Frittes were under cooked baking potatoes, not the white or gold potatoes you would expect, further under cooked and really not the twice cooked French "frites" expected. But the last insult was to have the patrons next to me delivered meal ending sorbets, while I was not so blessed. Apparently they were more important regular customers than I, although I have been their customer for more than ten years. But not likely furthermore. I am extremely disappointed.
