I'd give lower score if possible they was extremely rude and food was awful definitely will not be eating there again

1. Older male employee did not know what he was doing. Seemed confused when we were ordering dine in. Said something about me being triple charged. I asked for receipt because I wanted to make sure I was not over charged. He seemed surprised that I wanted it & stated he did not like touching the receipts because the ink gets on his hands. 2. Took 15 minutes to get our order. Did not bring out to us. Lobby was empty and no one in drive thru that we could see. 3. Went to counter to get our order. Everything on tray was wrong. I ordered a fish sandwich/mozzarella fries (4pc). My mother ordered a #1 combo. Tray had 2 packets of mz fries one had 2 qty other had 9 qty. Told me I could take them both. My mom's combo was no where on tray. Male employee struggled to get order right. He could not find ticket & asked if I had my receipt so he could get correct food we ordered. 4. My fish sandwich was not greasy so I could not understand why top of my bun started coming apart as I attempted to eat. It literally was falling apart. My mom's sandwich had cheese on it which she clearly said no cheese. She also said hamburger was cold. I stated to get up & take hers back to counter but she said to let it go. I was not happy with the service of the employee. We looked to see how many employees were actually in there & we counted 4. The lobby was empty & did not appear to have anybody in drive thru. I rarely eat at Burger King but I do not feel like the workers were trained since they could not get orders correct & losing tickets to fulfill the orders. I got a "new type burger" Friday and took it home for dinner,along with a small apple pie! Friday evening I had taken 2 bites from the burger and a" stink bug" ran out and over the bun! I thought I had killed it,opened the "apple pie"only to find a 2nd stink bug, which I also killed but when putting the 2 together,I realized that the 1st one was still alive! I have them both together, dead,now. That evening my tongue had began to swell as I went to sleep. When I awoke at daybreak, my tongue was making it hard to get oxygen down and I went directly to the hospita emergency room, where in about 4 hours they got my tongue down to about normal. You should definitely do something about the stink bugs; I haven't made my mind up yet about farther action. Came up to the window to order, and the line was already moving very slowly. When I got to the first window to pay, they asked what I ordered and I said a #1. Then when I finally get to the second window, they asked what I had ordered again! I told them and then was left waiting for a few minutes, then was told to pull up to the curb to wait. There was another guy there in front of me waiting and another girl had pulled up to a parking spot. Then I waited for about 15 minutes, and finally the guy in front of me goes in to ask what's taking so long. An employee comes out with the girl's order who's waiting in the parking spot, and a few minutes later they bring out the guys' order in front of me. I then pull up where he was and waited another ten minutes or so and finally, after waiting for basically over a half hour, I finally go in and yes I was a bit salty because I had been waiting for so long. I straight up asked the girl if I was getting my food or not, and she, for the third time(seriously?), asked me what I ordered. I told her and she yelled back, "I need a #1!" Like, lady wtf have you all been doing back here!? Jacking off!? There were no other customers in the place except for one family sitting in the corner so it definitely wasn't busy! Anyway she then asked me what size fries I had and I said I didn't know. She gave me a large as compensation for the long wait time, but at this point nothing would fix this. Every other fast food chain I've been to in this area has been punctual with their orders, and the food was pretty good at every other place, but the burger was cold. The fries were okay, but I cannot for the life of me understand why it would take 30 minutes to make a simple burger and fries! My advice is stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. read more

This was a terrible experience. The fries were cold and stale, and the burger came on stale buns with meat that was barely warm. That's basic food quality, and this location failed across the board. I don't know if it's poor training or lack of care, but serving food like this is unacceptable. I won't be returning. Or door dashing. read more

This place wasn't too busy and it was right at lunch time so I'll admit that it concerned me a tad. We placed our orders with ease and the staff was very polite. My friend's food was piping hot. Unfortunately, while my burger was tasty, it was cold! This is obviously a huge let down because a nice hot burger is hard to beat. So even though I was let down, my friend was not. So you have at least a 50/50 shot. read more

I don't live in hazard but I stopped at the drive thru there on my way back to Louisville today. I'm not sure why I thought that was a good idea because it's never a positive experience as the whoppers are ALWAYS cold- but I did. They have an awesome indoor playground inside a separate room that kept my kid entertained for two solid hours. The staff seems very nice. The playground area could use some AC but otherwise the food was fresh and good and we enjoyed ourselves! read more

This place can use an update severely. The employees are friendly, and the climbing area is still legit as ever. Nice place to bring your children. Went to BK's on way through town while traveling. Ordered two impossible burgers and a chicken sandwich. Paid full price. Was told at window they were out of lettuce, tomato's, and mayonnaise. I asked if we could get a discount, girl at window said no. I asked if I could get a free small French fry for the missing items and the girl very rudely yelled, "No because that would be stealing." The shift manager, a tall heavy set guy, told me it was his bosses fault and he can't help in any way. Not sure how that team is trained, but customer service day was missed!! Stay away if you can. McDonald's was too crowded this morning, so I decided to take a chance on Burger King and their empty drive thru. I soon learned why they are always empty. Service was quick but they were out of biscuits, so everything was put on a croissant. How does a major chain run out of ordinary biscuits? They may claim supply issues because of Covid, but the truth is that they were like this long before covid. Burger king needs to clean house at this location, I will never go back. read more

This Burger King used to be good. Lately the service has been poor and the quality of food has been mediocre at best. One time, I was there eating and one customer was so irate that he demanded a refund and threatened to call their district manager and the health department and sure enough he followed through on his threat. A health official came the next day and I heard the restaurant was closed for a brief period of time. Well maybe things are better but I don't think I'll be going back any time soon. read more
