So we waited at the drive thru window and she brings us the order. I asked "are we sure there is no cheese because he has a severe dairy allergy?" She glanced at the female cook, then back at me and replied "Yes, I'm sure." So we pulled around out of the way of other traffic, opened the bag and YES, Cheese! Why lie? Why? It's a burger and to feel the need to lie straight to a customer's face is classless, forget the unprofessionalism. Neither of these Wendy's locations in Hazard have any type of leadership or standards. I usually just say forget it and move on, but to blatantly LIE is going to be called out. Pulled next door to the Dairy Queen and got his burger as ordered with no problem.
