We went through the drive thru of the location off HWY 69 on Little York Rd. This allows them to take more orders and they kind of stage everyone in the 2 lanes. If you are in the lane closest to the building, they are able to hand you your food. But they also have workers that run food to each car as they are ready. It did appear to keep things moving, but not always. In my case, I got all of my food before the car in front of me. So I had to wait for him to get his food before I could leave. The staff. Of all the places we visited in Texas in our 2 week there, I raved about how nice the people are. That was not the case here at Whataburger. The young lady that took my order outside in the drive-through did not look happy to be there. She never smiled and every time I asked for an item, she replied with " Is that it?", which coming from a Customer Service background is just so rude and uninviting.
